Tesco spicy bean wrap is one of my faves. Agree you've gotta get a smoothie for value for money, and a grab bag of hula hoops... Unless it's Christmas, then a 2 pack of mince pies. #tesco

Kerri Christian I was also confused by this before moving to the UK haha! Basically most supermarkets offer a “meal deal” which includes a choice of 2 items (like a sandwich and crisps) along with a drink. The whole deal comes at a set price
Tiffany I guess we just have so so many fast food options that our stores don’t compete in that area. I’m sure it’s more healthy than burgers and fries though!

Remlat Zargonix yeah, that’s what I mean. We have fast food deals but it’s not something we have in our grocery stores/supermarkets.
Its a good alternative to burger places and fast food. We don’t have anything like this in our grocery stores and certainly not in Walgreens (the USA equiv of Boots).

In America we get these like cookie rolls with chocolate on the inside and sometimes they have mint chocolate. Drinking tea through them or even milk is so good.

Would love to see a video where you spend a week on living off of Tesco yellow sticker reduced foods. And encourage others not to turn their nose up at reduced foods because a lot of it is good quality foods and you can make great meals out of them. Also save money and reduce food waste at the same time. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all must be yellow sticker.

I personally always go for a chicken and stuffing sandwich , usually some fruit or something and then a packet of crisps for my meal deal - most of the time it’s walkers prawn cocktail but sometimes it’s also salt & vinegar.

I don't know wether this would personally help you or not but Holland & Barret have special tablets to like help people who are lactose intolerant (I think it's just that). And like they make it so you can have dairy, it helps me personally. Although, they have wheat in so not suitable for anyone with some form of a wheat allergy

I suffer with severe anxiety and you relax me so much (recent subscriber in the last month I’ve watched almost all your videos) but I love rewatching your videos to go to sleep because you’re so relaxing and calm and an hour long video would be a dream when I’m stressed out and need to watch you whatever your spare video bits are.
