Well I am tired of looking at the rack on the 1972 C-10. I have been wanting to lower the back to look more level for a while and in this video I show how at first I failed but then get it figured out. The 72 C-10 is already lowered in the back with a 5" drop spring. At first I tried installing a 6" rear drop or lowering springs. This actually raised the truck a 1/2" Knowing that wasn't going to work I decided to order a 2" lowering block for the rear. With the 6" lowering spring and the 2" lowering block installed it is perfect. Exactly the stance I was looking for. I generally like a 1/2" difference from front to rear. The lowering blocks for the C10 come with new ubolts and nuts. This is not hard to install and makes a huge difference. Down the road we may do something different such as a coilover or more modern set up but for now I am happy. I would call this C-10 Slammed. Looks so much better and ride was almost unaffected. If you are looking to lower your 67-72 C-10 pick up this may be something you want to try. I also listed the Wilwood brakes and Sprindles used on the truck. I think the next thing I will tackle on the truck is the out of place Jensen Radio. Hit the Comments and let me know what you think.......

That is one nice truck. It is absolutely gorgeous. I love those body style trucks. Now you will have to get a matching cushion for the seat so that your wife can reach the pedals.
Lol. She never wants to drive it.
Finally my favorite gets a little Love and attention. If a vehicle stops moving around your place it's getting dropped 😂. Keep up the awesome videos. ✌🏻
Yeah I would like to do a few more things too
My favorite C10, a 67-72 short bed in my favorite color! And that stance looks absolutely perfect! So looks like you have just about all the bases covered with the most popular Chevy trucks, have you ever thought about adding the only one that’s missing, a square body?
Lol. You are a bad influence with the addition of a square. Need less trucks.
Such a beautiful truck. I love it!
Thank you
Exactly what the doctor ordered! Love this truck!!!
Thank you. Me too
Love this truck!!
Me too
Sweet C10.. sits perfect now...👍
Thank you
Awesome to see the C10 💯👌🏻👌🏻
I love this thing
Love the truck.
Thank you. Me too
What are the specs are the tire and wheel? I just installed a cpp grand slam and have the exact same starting measurements as you front and rear and am about to order blocks but not sure what tire combo will clear. What you have looks great
Think it is a 20x10 rear wheel
@@TWAMotorsportsyou know the front tire size? Im assuming its on a 20x8 front by the looks of it
Not off the top of my head
What size wheels and tires are on it? Looks great!
20s. Don't remember tire size
That’s the best vehicle you have right now hands down
Thank you
Need more videos of that beast
May see a few
CPP springs are notorious for sagging after they have been installed.
I’m not a fan of CPP parts.
Also you need an adjustable pan hard bar if you don’t already have one.
The longer the better. Preferably the one that attaches to the passenger side trailing arm.
Yeah I wondered that.
I'd bag it for the best ride quality plus the flex...:)
May down the road.
Stance much improved.
Thank you. I concur
Getting ready to do the same thing to my 70’
Nice
You need some 2" drop blocks
That is what I installed
That has to be the cleanest C-10 I’ve ever seen. It was sitting too high in the back, it looks perfect now.
Thank you
Hello, all you have to is put in a few 100 lbs of feed in the back. Ha ha
Blocks are cheaper than feed. Lol
How much would it cost me for you to dropp my truck?
I don't do it for others. Sorry
put 2 inch blocks under it coils r never what their suppose to be
I did in a later video
😍🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥👈🏻👌🏼
👍
Why would you want to lower a good truck?
Crazy I guess
Because that's what he does.
Yep
All good trucks are lowered lol
