      Thank you for the support and congrats on the drone. You will love that thing. They are fun as hell to mess around with. Like anything, the more you use it the better you will get with it. I use mine quite a bit now with doing these videos. You should check out my pheasant hunt. The footage there is compliments of active track. Very cool!! If you have any questions feel free to reach out and I will do what I can to help. Thanks again and have a good one.

    You able to make a video for the same thing but fishing🧐 maybe a cheaper drone with similar functions, I’ve been thinking a good one for fishing would be quiet, have a camera that can look straight down and zoom in, anything cheap mosh you know of that would have that?

      I do have one on my channel for fishing. You go there and find it but here is the link.

    Do you need Internet/wifi? My cabin is in the mountains of West Virginia , no Internet, no cell service

      No. The drone has GPS and it transmits to the controller. You would be good to go.

    Anything you suggest for deer recovery? Thermo heat images or something?

    • @zumaconcepts1200
      @zumaconcepts1200  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      DJI has a search and rescue drone. I’ve only been able to watch videos and read about it though. It’s about $6k. It has thermal imaging. I believe it would be most ideal for recovering big game.
      That is what I believe would be best, having said that, the drone I use in my videos works well if you use it while you are walking and looking for your deer. It gives you a clear view from above.

    What model drone do you use.

  • @andyroubik5760

    Scouting with drones is unethical, we should be hunting the way our grandfathers did. If you made a lousy shot and your animal got away I suppose it would be ethical to use a drone to find it so as not to waste the animal. That said, in the 30 years I've been hunting I've never lost an animal because I am sure of my shot before I fire.

    • @zumaconcepts1200
      @zumaconcepts1200  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I understand what you are saying but unless you are hunting with your bare hands because even with a hand made spear or bow and arrows you are using technology for your advantage. You can’t argue the use of technology if you use any of it (guns, compound, crossbow, trail cam, tree stand, ground blind, etc) You can use what is available to you and embrace change. The DNR will enforce the necessary guidelines to keep it from being problematic to the species like they currently do. Also, accidents happen and sometimes factors outside of the hunters control dictate a good or bad shot placement. It is good to educate people on ways to do the right thing out hunting or fishing. Thanks for the input, I appreciate your perspective. Have a good one.

      It isn't unethical, by your logic, you eating a cheeseburger is unethical, go hunt and kill the cow yourself and harvest the wheat for the buns. No one is hurt by using drones

      @ZUMA CONCEPTS exactly. Everyone thinks they are a purist... meanwhile, they drove to their hunting land in an automobile and not horseback.
