Thank you :). Cornville sounds like a great place to retire but those summer temps sound so extreme.

Oak Creek goes through Cornville into the Verde by Cottonwood. Very beautiful creek, lots of trees!

Well, if you never traveled outside of Arizona, or similar States, that may be an option. If you lived in great cities and traveled around the world, RUN!

The McCain compound is Page Springs not Cornville.

Page Springs is a part of Cornville

@@ryanconnolly426 That must be why it's called Page Springs then, and separated by 5 miles.

I watch your video to stay up on what’s going on around Sedona and surrounding areas. I love the video’s!
I live in a 55 plus community that you even covered in the video with the different ones!
Maybe cover others like Corneille, Flagstaff, Prescott when your in the area shoot is some video? Maybe even cover the assisted living so if someone has need for a house close to a place for mom?Your so honest and I think that’s the best way when dealing with older adults?
I am always watching, in case another retirement community would lure me away from Sedona and you would be who I call😊

Hello there. I’m from Tennessee and love Sedona and the neighbor town. I’m planning on buying a acre or so of land and buy a two bedroom mobile home, septic is already in it for what real estate add says, electricity is available and not sure about water, just not sure how permits and cost of water installation may be. Any way, I may call you soon to talk about it. Guy from Tennessee.

So, not to be snarky cuz you are super nice, but the way you refer to median makes it sound like “the average” when in fact it means half the homes are higher and half are lower. The average (mean) would be just that; the average sales price. Just don’t want folks confusing it with average. The average price could be higher or lower, depending.

There is a $200k difference between the median home price and average home price here in Sedona. And unfortunately, half the time I try to say median I end up saying medium, and then I really sound like a dork. 😆

@@livinginnorthernaz , but you are so nice so no one notices! (I think on occasion I have mispronounced a word and thought the same of myself! “Geez! I sound like a dork!” 😆
