1999 Honda Civic SI EM1 repaint bumper (basecoat-clearcoat)

Both front and rear bumpers needed a repaint. I replaced the spoiler lip and Grill with an eBay kit. Both bumpers were painted with basecoat and clearcoat.
I found it was best to Prime the black plastic Auto Parts gray before painting them with base coat. ホンダシビック
