Frieren is so good that after reading vol 1, I went and bought through vol 8. The anime has been an excellent so far. Might be my favorite of the season.

yes I read japanese just a bit slowly XD ahh I totally understand, it's so painful when reading in another language! If you're not aiming to learn japanese, then maybe using the google translate photo feature? T_T or if you're learning I believe in you hahah!! I promise it'll get easier and quicker with time >

Highly recommend Hirayasumi! It gets its first english volume released in May. It's the definition of cozy
