The moment I saw the double Shieldbreaker, I knew the Matron wasn't ready for the Farmstead strats the heroes learned back at the Hamlet. Good fight by the way!
I haven't played Farmstead with double SB to compare, but it seems that in BR they are even stronger. They can use Aegis skills every 3 turns and gain shields from killing and hitting enemies. The only downside is low HP compared to most other classes.
That sword is really interesting - it's a two-handed flamberge. The wavy design is meant to disarm opponents when clashing blades, and was experimented with in the European middle ages... But ultimately found impractical. It was hard to forge and maintain, and most importantly, just as difficult to wield as it was to fight against - combatants would regularly drop their own swords. Looks sick, though, and probably made for a great trophy for a barbarian queen with a grip of steel and wrists to match.
I believe any form of curvature on the blade makes the wound bleed a lot + if u dont die of that u 100% die of sepsis or some infection. But yes blades like these were only used for ceremonies and as u mentioned, they were hard to make and maintain.
Oh. And I don't know if you have heard, but they are suppose to be dropping the first "Final Dungeion" of the Black Reliquary around the beginning of August (Along with a few more classes)

Way too high effort to be horny mods. I think the horny bits come later when they rework the whole god damn game. But yeah, it's kinda feel weird switch from fighting eldritch horror and cultists to fighting the tribe consist of naked women.

With aegis like that you dont really need much hp,you just have to make sure they dont get DoT ailments XD

Found the affiliation part strange. Like 30-40% still worship the old gods?

Plenty of characters in Black Reliquary can potentially be converted into class mods, in my opinion.

When I was fighting her she summoned hyenas twice, tagged my whole team with that status effect and used regular attack once before dying.What a gal!

I've read about Ship Event update coming in August, but didn't know about Final Dungeon levels. I'll check the update in any case.

They are good for Exposed Interior. Most enemies deal too much damage, healer can't keep up with that. Blocking with scales worked better for me.
I didn't even know she had a winded mechanic. The Boss that is.

I haven't played Black Reliquary yet, is the max HP of classes higher? I've never seen a 70 HP Occultist before xD
Yes, all the HP values are increased and the damage too. Some say it's by 2, but I haven't checked the numbers myself yet.

@@majorblitz3846 Some early npc and enemy designs were FAR more horny (and even riddicullus) before. It got toned down.
@@chillax319 Agreed. Compared to the Hamlet teaser version in Darkest Dungeon, this is significiantlly toned down.
