✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1 Bowl/250 Gram
* Water(पानी) - 2 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - 50-60 Gram
* Cardamom Powder(इलाइची पाउडर) - Some
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/8 Tsp
* Roasted Peanut(मूंगफली) - 250 Gram
✍🏻RECIPE:
In a Kadhai, put Water & grated Jaggery. Cook it on slow flame. Check the Jaggery Syrup by putting some drops in a water bowl as shown in video. Put some Baking Soda in the jaggery syrup then put some roasted Peanuts & mix it well. Put the mixture on a greased chopping board & roll it to make it thin & give it any shape. Enjoy the Market Style Peanut Chikki at home.
