Thank you sir ,really you have explained everything so well.Im not even a beginner when it comes to cooking but tried to make chikki while watching this video .Chikki was awesome and everyone loved it .But my chikki was not shiny it looked like a dull caramel colored one and was more brittle .
Still don't know why it was not photogenic enough like yours ?
