Very nice!! Little tip for the lavender if I may, if you’re done sprinkling and want to hang it to dry. I’d recommend gently patting the lavender with a paper towel so that when it dries it doesn’t mold from excess heat and moisture

The way I was educated made me think witches were terrible people that would want to harm me. Though through my life so far, they have been to most accepting ones of all! I am just beginning my journey and I would like to thank the community for being so open and accepting! 😊

I love using my basil and lavender plants to make smoke bundles for love or I'll use basil and mint for money, lavender and patchoulie (though to grow!) for seduction and love. I adored your ideas and have been in a bit of a witchy funk lately (for the first time in 20 years)so these types of videos really help!

I have seen many videos on people in wars using yarrow to stem bleeding. It was used like gauze to clot wounds.
So in Ancient Greece, yarrow was l used in poultices and ointments to treat wounds. An animal study found that yarrow leaf extracts exhibited anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, both of which aid wound healing

Thank you Annie. I like to make a spray with full moon water and essential oils from rosemary, lavender, and orange. I use this to mist myself or a space for protection and shielding - deflecting the negative and letting the positive in 😊

I LOVE the smell of basil and this feels like the perfect practice for a multigenerational home with lots and lots of people and their collective stress and worry moving through it.

I also LOVE assuming with lavender and water! Wonderful!

Love Native deodorant! It’s the only aluminum free natural deodorant that I can actually use. It smells good (and it keeps me smelling good) and so far it hasn’t darkened my armpits which all other natural deodorants have done to me. I’m so glad they sponsored you!

I recently took a Wilderness First Aid course, kinda goes along with being an Herbalist, and I was chatting with the instructor about yarrow and how it stops bleeding so quickly. He found the info. so interesting. Gardening tip: plant near herbs that are used for their essential oils, it helps enhance their properties.

Having just recently found your content, this is the third (or forth?) video of yours I have watched. What a lovely young energy your old soul is giving. I hope peace finds and follows you always. I find myself so drawn to these things that it is obvious to me my attractions span several incarnations. I am also so very eclectic in my practices that almost everything appeals to me. Constantly looking for new things and gleaning out of each of them the things that apply for me. I am huge in my practice with crystal magic but also find a constant need to meld it always with nature. My home is decorated with little spots that have pine cones, pieces of wood and twigs. Feathers and leaves. I do not identify as a witch. I simply don't like titles. If I must have one I'd say call me an eclectic spiritualist. Herbs are yet another thing I am heavily drawn to and as of late have been using a lot. Learning more as I go. As such, I found you. I do so enjoy watching your presentations and seeing what you do. Thank you for taking the time that you do to share these things. Blessings 💖

I am allergic to smoke and thus, can't burn sage nor incense in my home. And so, I grow Garden Sage in my garden and steep it (like steeping tea) and let the sage aroma cleanse my home. And now would like to try lavender as I am also growing lavender in my garden but it hasn't bloomed yet. I have steeped lavender leaves, as they also have a lavender scent. I don't think it really matters which 'spiritual tools' or 'herbs' or 'methods' (smoke, spray, or steep) we use, as it's the intention with the spells, prayers, sayings, etc. that really cleanses and clears our homes.

Oh how I love Yarrow. I spend a lot of time on the west coast, from southern Oregon up to the San Juan's. It feels like everytime I step out of a forest clearing, close to the ocean there is without fail a singular yarrow plant there marking the threshold. I know we often see it in larger numbers in medow or oceanside fields with grasses and thissle-swaying gently in the wind. But I love passing it at those places that mark the changing of spaces. It does feel protective, and I always reach out to it's umbral flowers in thanks. I love the idea of working with it as a protective spray, at thresholds. Thank you for highlighting beloved Yarrow 🤍

Thank you for sharing these three simple but powerful practices! I just moved across my country and now live in a place that has a much longer and milder spring/summer/fall than where I was previously, and I'm noticing lavender in a lot of people's gardens. Lavender EO (even tiny amounts) gives me a headache but working with the whole plant has helped immensely with my anxiety. I'm looking to buy a home and I know I'll be employing some rituals to help cleanse, purify and infuse the new space with good intentions, including some protection spells. Planting lavender and basil around my property will be a priority for me when I find my place :).

I grow basil in my garden bed. You won't believe how large my plants are. Mainly my green basil, Thai, holy and pesto basil. They've been flowered and gone to seed so I now have baby Thai basil growing in random locations.
I adore lavender but I can't seem to keep it alive for long which sucks.
I tried growing yarrow a while back from seed but didn't have any luck but will try again.

I live in my childhood home. It is 169 years old..funerals used to be held in the parlor which is now my parents former bedroom..my brothers room was were he had sightings of an old woman when he was 9. It scared him to the point he slept on the couch until he left for the military. I've seen a young woman as did my nephew. My father saw her too. We added a new addition when I was in high school. She never crossed into the new addition. I don't want to rid my home of these spirits, just from negative ones. Will hanging herbs and using crystals banish the spirits here?

    • @thelonewolf2073
      @thelonewolf2073 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Make sure the soil doesn't hold the water so much. Maybe try a sandier type of soil. Remember, lavender is native the Medditeranean areas so they are drought tolerant plants. That means they love full sun, well draining soil, and can withstand times without water. A good watering every few days during hot weather is OK. I have been watering my lavender plants every morning this summer in Southern California (with 100F temperatures!) and they have been thriving. Your plants might be getting root rot from too much water stagnating in the soil.
Maybe try growing your lavender from seed if youre not getting results from transplanting whole plants you buy at Home Depot or nursery. Sometimes, the shock the plant gets from changing environments and being transplanted takes too much energy from them in order to adapt and they die real fast from it.
