Yes, before people ask if I made a mistake, channel 5 literally only plays a couple of notes at the beginning and is then silent for the rest of the song. You can thank Gems dynamic sound channel allocation for that little *gem*
Corrscope did that too me once on a PSG channel in a remix, Although I think I know the cause and I did it.
When a level about butt jokes has better music than you could ever possibly do
This kicks ao much ass, it gives me a new appreciation for this song. I love hearing that dope bassline on its own so much
Yes, absolute favourite composition of "Earthworm Jim" for me. It's ridiculous how great it is. And the whole OST. Tommy Tallarico was and still is such a master. Too bad he moved from composing to something else, you know...
fairly certain tommy tallarico didn’t compose this (but definitely took credit for it in true tommy tallarico fashion!). nobody has been able to verify, but it could’ve been mark miller.
@@brentrichardaudio Lol, it was verified tons of times. You should be fairly certain about your cognitive abitilies, which are extremely low.
@@TrueNeutralEvGenius really weird thing to get upset about. it’s gonna be okay. where was that verified?
@@brentrichardaudio Nothing weird about it, it's credits and you are trying to deny those credits and merit of a person. Obviously I know about his scams he was doing in many last years, but it has nothing to do with his brilliant work of the past. You should learn to separate the wheat from the chaff. It was verified by developers of "Earthworm Jim", tons of people who worked on the game confirmed it. Watch some interviews, etc., overall research the topic before slandering on people in the future.
I'm amazed about how intense feels a 50 seconds retro composition compared to many 5 minutes tracks from the nowadays games. Tommy Tallarico it's a genius.
At music, yes. In other places... No.
@@Toonrick12 I'm talking about music.
I'm starting to doubt he even made any of the tracks in Earthworm Jim 1 and 2.
@@Tritnew The original track was composed by Mark Miller. The original Earthworm Jim has largely fallen victim to Tallarico's later history of taking credit for basically everything.
I think due to his part of a general push to market game music as soundtracks, he had his name on a lot of things for the sake of added notability on collections, but his only contributions to the original Earthworm Jim was the arrangements for its re-releases years later.
yasss how did I not see that you were doin EWJ recently?? The Genesis soundtrack is phenomenal, I even prefer the instrumentation over the arranged version on Sega CD (but the extended bits give me life ;_; )
GEMS may be universally loathed, but some of the best genny soundtracks used GEMS like EWJ, TJ&E, Spinball, Vectorman... Still comes down to the skill of the programmer and the composer.

HE WERE GO NOW!
Always a thrill to see you cover Earthworm Jim tracks. lots of gems in those soundtracks!
Ah yes, the iconic sounds of EWJ. Was always more fond of Queen's Lair but I absolutely love both Buttville tracks.
This version is better than the snes version for sure
Ah yes, Buttville. My favorite.
a Tommy Tallarico classic

can do psycrow's theme next?
This song gives a sort of castle vibe before a final boss.
(Also poor channel 5. Channel 2 just took the credit.)
5:03 EVERYBODY NOW
would be nice to hear psycrows theme like this
Channel 3 could be use for night of nights and king k rool boss theme
Is Mega Drive?
I'd love if you found time for Cool Spot on Genesis
