Being yourself is so important, the right thing for someone else might be wrong for us. I find journaling so valuable in getting in touch with myself and realising my likes and dislikes, what I want to let go of from my life and what I want more of. I am new to your and already really like the authenticity and the way your uniqueness comee across. Keep it up!
