🎉🎉🎉 Hi my friend Joe ! I hope you had a great week. The first home is so warm and inviting 😊. Checks off so many if not all the boxes. A very nice touch of old with new. Not too excited about the train tracks and freeway but I could definitely live there. Absolutely beautiful 🤩. And a wonderful location to have bicycles, The bicycling in this area is easy and amazing views,Even riding through the cemetery can be a blast. 14:02 HEAT SPELLS? It’s going to be around 109*s up here today in Paso Robles 😢😢😢😢 2cnd home What a great place for company retreats or just entertaining large groups. I would think that with having this much money to build this house that they would have been a little creative and at least done some fun things like a secret room or a Panic room . This house is perfect for someone but it’s just too sterile for me. 22:50 is “Pan Y Vino” still in business there in Montecito? It’s a wonderful Italian restaurant 👍. 3rd So much natural light, which is something many people miss while viewing. Nice courtyard at the entry. I’m not a real fan of the arched doorways but it definitely works here. Kitchen isn’t very exciting for a ten million dollar home. Love all the ceilings ❤. The master bedroom is a beautiful oasis of its own opening up to that beautiful yard. Thank you Joe for another awesome tour of homes in Santa Barbara. Hey Joe… I’m just wondering 💭 I keep an eye on many different places in the U.S. so I see many other places in Santa Barbara at the two million mark and under. There’s a ton of wonderful homes out there. So I guess my question is: Do you strictly show and sell multi million dollar homes? I would think that if you showed some of these “affordable”(🤣) Homes that you would possibly grow your channel faster. I know that most people don’t have the big bucks to buy those mansions but maybe you could try it out and see what happens. Keep busy,Stay safe and healthy and keep selling homes. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
Pan Y Vino just closed recently 😞 I have shot videos and will continue to shoot videos of lower priced homes although viewership seems better with these bigger more expensive homes. Most of the stuff I sell typically between $1 and $3 million.
Oh, how very reminiscent for me. I was an electrician then electrical contractor in SB for 30 years before moving to Oregon. The first house looks like a Sorrell Design? I worked on a few of theirs. When you mentioned Warner Group it reminded me that I worked on Jack Warner's residence in the early '80s. I think it was on Hot Springs. It was very pleasurable wandering the Montecito memory lanes with you. Best
The last house was beautiful but I was surprised at the size of the kitchen (lack of functional counter space for prepping/cooking and the lack of a pool. The Master Bath was beautiful.
Buyer to Builder So what I want is if you could build me a house with absolutely zero character and if possible throw in a New Mexico community college prefab building vibe into the mix
Hi, I saw your videos, your video quality is good but not properly SEO. Your SEO score is deficient. That's why your channel is not growing organically. Total 87+ subscribers and a Total of 2.6k+ Uploaded videos of your channel. According to your channel, I noticed that your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. *Here are the issues I found: Title, description, video tags, channel tags, and video SEO are not performed on your videos*. This is why your TH-cam channel is not growing. If you fully customize your channel, the video will go viral.
No pool, no home theatre, no fitness room, and only a double garage. I thought the primary bedroom was spectacular, and I loved the finishings. Not the home for me though.
I lived in Santa Barbra, back in the 90’s, and watching this brings back a ton of memories!😊
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. The channels full of all kinds of videos about Santa Barbara and enjoy.
❤thanks for the tour
Happy to take you along for the ride.
@@joesbparker Happy Holidays 😊 😃

The last house furniture needs to go into that modern house. Thanks for a great tour of homes .
Good call that’ll be a good switch. Thanks for watching. Appreciate the comment.
@@joesbparker I live in Montecito. It’s great to get a tour of some beautiful properties. Thank you 🙏🏾

Excellent! Happy to take you down memory lane. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
Hi joe beautiful Tuscan home, sigh...❤love the butterfly beach! Biltmore so beautiful too, do let us know when its open again.thank you Joe.
Sounds like the Biltmore is running into trouble with permitting and having lots of slowdown and delay.
Best band ever came from Montecito - RKL

Love the house on Eucalyptus Hill just missing an ocean view. :)
Yeah, given the location it’s hard not to have a epic ocean view.
The last house was beautiful but I was surprised at the size of the kitchen (lack of functional counter space for prepping/cooking and the lack of a pool. The Master Bath was beautiful.

Was there a preexisting home that was demoed where house #2 is? What a location!
Yes, there was a home there. Major renovation though.

We must consider the time and context of these decisions 😂

@@joesbparker Ok bro thanks
House #3 is the winner for me. My daughter would absolutely LOVE the art studio. Thanks again Joe!!!
As always, my pleasure.

No, I'm not spending $7.5M to live directly adjacent to train tracks and a freeway. lol
Don’t forget about the two blocks to the beach
