Thank you so much! I will try and get some duplexes in the videos. I have one available now at 935 W Valerio. I also know of some off market opportunities so please contact me if you want to have a consultation about your plans. ccvt.tf.media/935-W-Valerio-St/ct_4?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR0RiqvAlJBnhS4vPfSXh5g9nbOoVo2bRYWEGIsU8xdl0Iwk7pUQzPaa-DI_aem_hHS9VzsIYz0Qm_nw0WkUKA#
I enjoy your channel so much I'm scrolling back thru your videos! What an amazing place to sell real estate! Must be hard to always keep a straight face!
I really like the Carpinteria house. Though I prefer modern, once I saw some pictures online of the interior, it looks pretty crisp and modernized. Seems like a really good deal given the house construction is relatively new and all that land with lake is rather phenomenal. However, I agree to maintain all that would be a large effort and expense. I've always really liked Carpinteria (and Padaro drive is my personal favorite location of the entire coast with the only exception being the Bellosguardo mansion... which is probably the best overall location of any California house).
I think the Carp estate would be $30M if it were located 12 minutes to the North in the golden quadrangle of Montecito. Padaro is amazing, minus the great white sharks LOL.
Prefer the single floor home have to agree! Thank you for the videos! loved the polo grounds never knew there was a steak house for the public! Still hoping for Venture but Montecito has my eye to I just wanna be closer to the ocean and have ocean views I mean great ocean views. love it ❤
Yeah it’s newer and called Fieldside Coastal Steakhouse open for lunch and dinner Thur -Sun. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🤙 Here to help you or anyone you meet who is curious about living in Santa Barbara.
I dig these caravan tours looking at stunning homes. Have you had a look at 801 Alston Road, Montecito? That used to be our Brooks Institute Photography campus, now turned into a luxury home😁
The Casitas Pass property is lovely. It's a shame they didn't allow you to film the interior. The LA listing agent has had that property on the market for awhile now, so seems like she should have been happy with any extra publicity (IMO). Luke had a long walk thru for the Robb Report when he had it listed a couple years ago, and most of the interior is great, but the tile (baths and kitchen) probably need an update and the whole kitchen could use a refresh. Also, no one ever seems to photograph or video the southern chunk of property. My guess is that the thousand Palm trees have taken over by now.
Where's your running buddy? I hope he is well. Those are some nice houses. It was also interesting seeing where Prince Harry plays polo. I wonder if the condos there were built so people playing polo would have a place to stay.
☝️😏 SUGGESTION: noticed in your videos when you swing your camera view,, it Blurs.. I believe you need to upgrade your equipment, the computer processor in the camera is overloaded with information. .. enjoy your videos 😁.. especially in your latest ones when you display the address and price at the beginning..
Definitely the lesser of the two large price tags! Thanks so much for the tour….keep them coming, Joe
🤙🤙

Yes, it was for sale in 2014 for $25M. Never sold until 2018 it sold off market for $14.2M to the owner of Wave Contact Lens. 🤙🤙

I know Bromi had an appointment and couldn’t make, next week.
$720,000 is absolutely INSANE for a very DATED one bedroom of 620 sq ft🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Maybe, but to some it’s an opportunity to get into one of the most desirable locations in CA. Santa Barbara is not cheap.
