Another great informative video. I have a question I've always wondered about reselling, people that send stuff free postage, at what point do you decide wetherbto send it free postage or not?
I send 99% of my stuff free post as its more appealing to the customer. You just increase the price of the item to match the market combined item+post cost. The only time I don't is when I have a massive item and its £20+ shipping cost so I add that with the option of free collection as it may persuade the buyer to collect the item instead.
To be honest, I haven't bought any in a long time as I got a boat load for free and been generally using them. But the ones I got for free are about 12" x 12" x 18" and fits any size console with accessories.
Hi Jack, looks like most games weigh over 100g..is Royal Mail at £2.30 the cheapest way to send or can you advise better? Also can you recommend a printer?
Yes most games weigh over 100g. If sending 2nd Class then royal mail is cheaper. With tracked services it's a close call between royal mail and evri large letter. But with my postage discount it's straight cheaper with royal mail. In terms of a thermal printer I use a zebra gk420d as it's been bulletproof since I started, I have a friend use a dymo 4xl (don't get the dymo 5xl). But there is cheaper option like JADENS and MUNBYN but I don't know the long term reliability of these machines. Normal A4 printer I use a HP M15w, but any laser printer will work out cheaper than ink jet ones
Thanks Jak. Your volume is huge. I cant get my head around and how your able to souce so much stuff. How many parcels would you say your sending out per week?
I go to all the local ones to me, being near Blackburn that would be Bolton, St Michael's & Bilsborrow, Norcross, Great Harwood & Bootle. Business account the one I use is Starling Bank but I've heard good reviews from Monzo as well
I'll try not to, I understand it's loud but for my business it's basically 24/7 churning away. May in the future relocate it to another part of the warehouse so it doesn't make as much noise
Enjoying your channel so far. Stumbled upon it randomly. Keep up the great work. Very informative.
Thank you so much for your time and trying to answer my question - still loving the hair rock on
Is it worth covering at least the bottom section of each windows, just for security reasons?
The windows have about an 8-10 foot drop outside each one
Starting to resemble a DAYZ base with the shed indoors , best of luck 👍🏻
You love to see it

Enjoying the videos pal, which boxes/size do you use to send out your consoles?

Great video mate. Good tip on selling 2 games as a bundle then still sending them as large letters.
where do you get the boxes that you pick from on the shelfs I need some :D
Kite packaging, called "Open top inner tray" in the "CD, DVD & LP packaging" category
Do you offer a disk resurfacing service?
Yes I do, please see my instagram page but I plan to make a video on it next week
Thanks Jak. Your volume is huge. I cant get my head around and how your able to souce so much stuff. How many parcels would you say your sending out per week?
Under normal operation (as I can't do as much while still moving in and changing systems) I'd say it would be about 270-300 orders per week
Thanks for sharing. Couple of questions, which carboots do you go to? & What business account would you recommend? Thank you.

@@disc_traders Thank you 👍
Showing us all the value of all the lower and higher value games would be great m8 👍
How is the master pro working out?still going strong by the noise in the background lol but are you happy enough with the investment?
Very happy with the investment from it, I plan to make a full video on it soon.
Promise us you’ll never do another video with the disc machine in the background again!! lol

@@disc_tradersit'll make no difference in such a large empty space, it's still going to reverberate around.
Thanks mate.
