    Thank you so much for sharing Melissa. I love the fact that you have a recipe that you can divide into a variety of cookies without mixing/making different batches. Question: Is this a soft cookie or crisp cookie?

      Most welcome, Karoo. It is a soft cookie but can be crispy if you bake it longer in the oven.

      @@melissashomecooking1807 Thank you Melissa, I have found that on a large batch like this if I substitute 1/3 to 1/2 cup of flower with corn starch it also helps to" crisp" the cookie.
