Eiki Shiki's Cirno mode well I can find myself to be extremely enraged at a person to the point where my eyes turn white and my skin turns fully red but, I can't find it in myself to actually hate a person for any reason.
So if you hate me I would not really be able to hate you so that's no fair Eiki :(
Also the quote means If two people love each other then they have the same hate towards one another which could be none at all. It can also mean that love is really hate and hate is really love.
