    Super easy 5 min green juice recipe:
    * as MUCH spinach/kale as you want
    * 1 apple
    * 1 cup frozen pineapple / mango
    * water (less for a thicker consistency)
    Throw all into blender and VOILA!

      You were thinking of increasing muscle to increase your BMR!! 🥰 basal metabolic rate
      BMR = what your body needs when you are laying there asleep or in a coma.
      TDEE = what you need if you're awake, which is every day unless you're in a coma. (TDEE = BMR + sitting, walking, watching tv, etc). You need to eat at least your TDEE to maintain your current weight.

    To those hate comments…working out doesn’t always give you boobs or a butt. In some cases, it gets rid of them. Like for me, when I work out I lose boobs and butt and gain more in my thighs and my arms bc I have very muscular thighs and that’s where I build muscle the quickest/easiest. When I don’t work out as much, fat settles in my boobs and butt and hips instead.

    • @henkdevos590
      @henkdevos590 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depends which muscles you train. If you want a butt you have to train your glutes. You're not gonna get boobs from it tho xd

    • @angiecats5298
      @angiecats5298 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      We have the same body type lol. I can make my legs look AMAZING but working on my butt and chest area is hard.
      I’m lucky I already have boobs to begin with so when I lose weight I don’t lose much boobs but I wish my butt would take note from my legs 😭🥴😂
      Overall I shouldn’t complain because my body is pretty good considering I’m on baby #2.

    I appreciate it. Also I'm staying understanding that most people do not have lucky genetics. You're so lucky and cute! I was about your size after my first pregnancy, and after my second I gained quite a bit more. I think you're correct on that weight gain during pregnancy matters a lot. The less I gained the better I looked after each child. I had 4 children! I had a mini tummy tuck right following my second c section (in the delivery table) and omg my tummy was so flat I felt so AMAZING. But I was telling the whole world all that time every time I was complimented "thanks, I had a tummy tuck!". After my 3rd and 4th babies I was a lot older and also gained more oops. So I decided after my last child I would get a breast reduction and lift, lipo 360 and a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. I look really nice now but I DEFINITELY don't look like I would've if I didn't get work done. I notice I got a lot of compliments on my body from new moms and friends so I was sure to always be totally transparent about plastic surgery. I never want a new mom comparing herself to me feeling like she isn't enough and her body isn't good. Because it's NORMAL to not look the same as you did at 19 before having children.
    I also got really lucky in never getting any stretch marks because of genetics. My mother has 2 children and has a perfect body. She would always compare herself to me and make it seem like I just wasn't working hard enough, but no amount of working out would've fixed my skin.
    Ladies, you're beautiful and it's normal to have changes in your body after children. Everyone is different and Karina is so lucky to look so amazing. Most people just don't have those stellar genetics.. and that's okay.
    Normalize moms having stretch marks. Normalize mom tummies. Normalize smaller bodies. Normalize bigger bodies. Normalize plastic surgery. Normalize realistic expectations. Remember we unfortunately don't get to choose our bodies; unless we have plastic surgery ;)

    Currently expecting my first and I'm a nervous wreck! I thought every baby bump looked the same and you only gain weight on your belly, boy was I wrong. Stretch marks everywhere even my knees!! Back rolls I didn't expect and my arms ballooned. I don't have the cute baby bump and my gut hangs and it's not firm at all. I wish I knew all of this, I thought something was wrong. Also didn't know you could gain over fifty pounds even if you don't eat constantly. I was freaking out when I started experiencing issues with my teeth, crazy cavities and even tooth decay. Luckily my bf already has kids so he's been reassuring me that it's all normal and not all pregnancies are the same for every mother. Thank you for all of the advice and especially when it comes to "bouncing back" our health and the health of our babies should always be the priority.

You are in such a good state that it makes me reassured that pregnancy and delivery and post-partum are just a normal process and everything’s going to be ok. I’m pregnant right now (only like 7 weeks) and I’m super stressed about gaining too much weight early on and overall during pregnancy. I’m into lifting and working out and had finally gotten my body how I wanted it but now I’ve been soooo nauseous and tired it’s hard to motivate to go to the gym. Also when I’m not nauseous I’m crazy hungry so that doesn’t help my weight situation. Anyway this was a good guide and I was glad to hear that you had more weight gain in the first trimester too, I don’t feel so bad for it now.

    Sometimes I feel so selfish because I know I will look very big after being pregnant because my mom and all other female relatives got so much bigger. And I am literally so scared about that. It is already hard for me to keep my physique "thin" looking and I don't think I am mentally ready to "give up" on my body. And I say "give up" because thats what my mom and other female relatives did and it scares me so much to the point where I dont want to have kids. :(

      Please didn't hate your tummy. The most important thing is that you are healthy

    For the first week or two postpartum it’s more important to rest than to go on walks with your baby to burn more calories. Healing is very important, trust me I over did it and suffered for months from it.

    🙈 I'm not even married, or going to have a baby anytime soon, but I hate the idea that a baby would ruin my body wether inside (gut) or out, so lm trying to watch such videos in advance to see what to expect..

    Relatable! I was struggle with pp weight loss and was bloating so bad. I used to drink acv in the morning and it really helped but it tasted SO BAD and I couldn't bear it so my friends told me to take acv gummies. I now take the one from the brand baby blues and they are a game changer!

    Dear Kerina,
    I do not have a baby yet and also not pregnant yet, but I just want to say thank you for this video. You are supporting women with it and I love that you want to kill the people who invented the term 'snap back'. I do support that 😂 ♥ and yeah of course no violence here, but still.

    Sadly I didn't get the good genes. Both my mom and sis got back their pre pregnancy body immediately post partum like you. BUT i am already heavier than them normally so I am technically back now to my pre pregnancy weight, i just thought I will lose more weight from being sleep deprived and breastfeeding LOL. 😂
