Hey just as an FYI, Vitch does come back at near the end of the year in the Tunguska Event/story where as Oberon takes a whole YEAR AND A HALF to get another rate up, if she is waifu ignore me but if she is not I’d recommend rolling Oberon first or else you may have to wait a long while. Koyan and Oberon are going to make buster servants so much more usable it's insane. Merlin's charge is anemic and just isn't enough to make buster servants feel good to use. I cannot wait to bust out my np2 grailed Musashi that I rolled for and have barely touched
@@KipTM Is this on JP? When Merlin came out in NA we already had Waver who was better for charging. The game changing thing on Merlin was his Hero Creation Ex, which if you stacked two on someone like Jalter you can hit millions in damage against a boss. His charge was pretty meh even when he came out on NA.

I’m rolling for both, however I think Oberon is definitely a must pull first because he works with everyone and is the first 70 charge support but the big thing about him so far is his next banner will be a year and a half whereas another koyan banner is in 6 months. These will be some rough rolls for most people so save up and good luck everyone!

Since people are debating whether to get Oberon or Koyan first, I guess I would definitely go for Koyan first. I got her on her first rate up in Jp and then got oberon as well on his first banner too, but I gotta say koyan's cd reduction is more valuable imo compared to oberon's massive strap-on, but if you like mothman more then by all means skip koyan.
I had pretty garbage luck on this banner too, so it's kinda refreshing to see someone not bragging about the 5 copies they got in one roll 😅 I was going for FK Gawain and took 300 SQ to get one copy of her and spooked by one copy of FK Tristan.
Damn two really cool servants so close to each other. I hope I get pretty lucky on Melusine because I am putting all the focus on Vitch next. My favorite part about Vitch is her poofy twintails and I'm just a sucker for any twintails. Here's hoping I can get her because I don't really have much buster supports and she'd be helpful for my Ishtar and Ereshkigal.
Good luck on your rolls, everyone! I've been hoarding SQ, but don't have enough for pity, so hopefully the gatcha is kind. If worst comes to worst, I still have Skadi and Castoria; it just seems like when the newest OP support comes out, its much harder to find the others available to borrow.
Upside: Her Farming ignores Irregular Nodes which is basically lvl 90+ and soon to be 90++ Downsides: Her Buffs by themselves is the Worst compare to the previous 2 Loop Support and unlike Castoria, she doesn't synch with Merlin as would Castoria and Tamamo would and her Farming Requirement is almost as strict as Quick

It took almost every ounce of SQ I had left to bring Koyanskaya home, which is totally on brand for her. The crafty fox wanted to watch me squirm, lol. As much as it pains me, I'm gonna have to skip rolling for summer Kama this year. Thankfully her banner does a get a rerun in the future though.
At first, I mainly wanted her because of that tight Fox Booty. Okay, that's still the main reason. But going hard (no pun intended) for her onbkth accounts because the Buster memes are great. And soon, between Reines, Skadi, Castoria, and Koyan... just one more perhaps and I can summon Captain Bleached Planet!
Now I really don't know who to go for, Castoria or Tamamo V. I am "new have been playing for since about January and unfortunately have had my weak momenta and sent a couple hundred sq on the Berserker only banner...

Oberon is waver on steroids, with a LONG wait, so if you're f2p secure Oberon, if not, you're wallet still might just hear boss music with the gacha gauntlet coming up
She's good and necessary for any serious Buster looping to occur, unless one is wanting to be experimental with Double Oberon Hybrid comps. Get her, unless you don't like Buster or literally can't afford to in the face of better units/favorite picks.
I have saved enough to get pity for Koyanskaya. I have Np2 Space Ishtar, but after I have been doing arts farming during the last months with Castoria and I'm somewhat bored of it. I'm looking for another servant to buster farm...but I dunno if i have enogh sq for that....I really want the loli dragon xD. Good luck everyone with your pulls.
Between her and Oberon if you could probably only afford one of the two (that is if you feel like you can't get both and your luck will deny either if you try for both), I'd say roll for Vitch first if you can afford it. Vitch's utility is giving Buster Attackers the love they desperately needed, though Merlin did exist for a long time before her arrival as the OG Koyan. Yes, her skill cooldowns are longer than Tamamo's, but given that Vitch will most likely be used 9.5/10 for 3T wave farming or for 3T Boss Killing (break bars), this is all moot. She provides several very potent buffs for Buster users, on top of a whopping +50% NP Battery, which Buster Servants drool over. Two Vitches (yours + Support) is a +100% NP Battery for a Buster Servant on top of all those stacked damage buffs. This on the previous vid's Morgan, means that you're getting insane mileage out of the Berserker. Vitch helps strong Buster Servants do what they need to do. Need Lartoria to kill stupidly strong Archer mobs without dying to stray crits if you used a Zerker? Heard of Koyan of Light? Need Enkidu to pin down and massacre a stupidly strong Archer boss like Moriarty and Gil before they kill your intended DPS? Koyan of Light can do that for you. Want OG Saber to go full buffed BPBB Spam? Just find your friendly NFF Koyan. Want Gil to laugh at enemies that hate Archers? Koyan of Light can set things up for a fair price if you can afford it. The list can go on for days about the numerous Buster Servants who can use her. That said, as much as Koyan of Light honors contracts with those who contracted with her, you need to uphold yours. As for Oberon...if not for his 'balanced' permanent Sleep Debuff on his third skill, he'd be busted beyond words but that's because he offers anyone a +70% NP Battery. Vitch > Oberon, only go for Oberon if you at least have NP1 Vitch or if you really already have enough Servants and supports in your owned roster, that's my thoughts though.
Oberon is can support any team, not only buster. Also without him any buster farming comp is a joke, you really shouldn't farm with kscope, so both Koyan and Oberon are very crucial, and Oberon's banner will come up again in... One and a half year, while Vitch returns on new years.. All in all, all people decide for themselves on who to pull of course, but I'd say Oberon is a little more convenient
@@Schwibzik It honestly depends on what you're using both for. Oberon's skills are great for 3T farming or just boss killing but it requires using the brain to know that you can't just fire off his skills without knowing they carry detriments at the same time. However, not using him doesn't harm any particular card color team (Quick/Art/Buster) more than the others, it just means you're not going to be killing everything as fast as you could and it's not the end of the FGO multiverse if you don't use him. If you have Vitch, you can accelerate Buster performance and Buster Teams really needed a boost after Art keeps getting buffed and Quick is gradually picking up speed as all they really had before was Merlin for their main candidate who was for steady battles, not so much for bursting unless you had an extremely dedicated team composition with an Order Change MC. Not using Vitch actually hurts Buster Teams more than Oberon does as for the fact that you mentioned that Oberon is essentially universal for ~90% of any team composition, whereas without Vitch, if you lack Merlin who's strictly a Limited Time SSR, Buster Teams lose more consistency and strength. To sum it up, Oberon is player friendly if you can adjust to his skills carrying nasty debuffs (with a perma Sleep) and his NP being able to stall enemies (by putting them to sleep and giving them a brief Invincibility). Vitch/Koyan of Light is pretty much a 'need be' for non-stall Buster Teams.

As much as it pains me, I'm gonna have to skip rolling for summer Kama this year. Thankfully her banner does a get a rerun in the future though.
At first, I mainly wanted her because of that tight Fox Booty.

Oberon is waver on steroids, with a LONG wait, so if you're f2p secure Oberon, if not, you're wallet still might just hear boss music with the gacha gauntlet coming up

She's good and necessary for any serious Buster looping to occur, unless one is wanting to be experimental with Double Oberon Hybrid comps. Get her, unless you don't like Buster or literally can't afford to in the face of better units/favorite picks.

I have saved enough to get pity for Koyanskaya. I have Np2 Space Ishtar, but after I have been doing arts farming during the last months with Castoria and I'm somewhat bored of it. I'm looking for another servant to buster farm...but I dunno if i have enogh sq for that....I really want the loli dragon xD. Good luck everyone with your pulls.
Unless my Castoria and Oberon rolls go really well, I'm punting Koyan till her next banner in January 2024 and just using alotta tickets on her there.
Between her and Oberon if you could probably only afford one of the two (that is if you feel like you can't get both and your luck will deny either if you try for both), I'd say roll for Vitch first if you can afford it. Vitch's utility is giving Buster Attackers the love they desperately needed, though Merlin did exist for a long time before her arrival as the OG Koyan. Yes, her skill cooldowns are longer than Tamamo's, but given that Vitch will most likely be used 9.5/10 for 3T wave farming or for 3T Boss Killing (break bars), this is all moot. She provides several very potent buffs for Buster users, on top of a whopping +50% NP Battery, which Buster Servants drool over. Two Vitches (yours + Support) is a +100% NP Battery for a Buster Servant on top of all those stacked damage buffs. This on the previous vid's Morgan, means that you're getting insane mileage out of the Berserker. Vitch helps strong Buster Servants do what they need to do.
Need Lartoria to kill stupidly strong Archer mobs without dying to stray crits if you used a Zerker? Heard of Koyan of Light? Need Enkidu to pin down and massacre a stupidly strong Archer boss like Moriarty and Gil before they kill your intended DPS? Koyan of Light can do that for you.
Want OG Saber to go full buffed BPBB Spam? Just find your friendly NFF Koyan.
Want Gil to laugh at enemies that hate Archers? Koyan of Light can set things up for a fair price if you can afford it.
The list can go on for days about the numerous Buster Servants who can use her. That said, as much as Koyan of Light honors contracts with those who contracted with her, you need to uphold yours.
As for Oberon...if not for his 'balanced' permanent Sleep Debuff on his third skill, he'd be busted beyond words but that's because he offers anyone a +70% NP Battery. Vitch > Oberon, only go for Oberon if you at least have NP1 Vitch or if you really already have enough Servants and supports in your owned roster, that's my thoughts though.
Oberon is can support any team, not only buster. Also without him any buster farming comp is a joke, you really shouldn't farm with kscope, so both Koyan and Oberon are very crucial, and Oberon's banner will come up again in... One and a half year, while Vitch returns on new years..
All in all, all people decide for themselves on who to pull of course, but I'd say Oberon is a little more convenient
@@Schwibzik It honestly depends on what you're using both for. Oberon's skills are great for 3T farming or just boss killing but it requires using the brain to know that you can't just fire off his skills without knowing they carry detriments at the same time. However, not using him doesn't harm any particular card color team (Quick/Art/Buster) more than the others, it just means you're not going to be killing everything as fast as you could and it's not the end of the FGO multiverse if you don't use him. If you have Vitch, you can accelerate Buster performance and Buster Teams really needed a boost after Art keeps getting buffed and Quick is gradually picking up speed as all they really had before was Merlin for their main candidate who was for steady battles, not so much for bursting unless you had an extremely dedicated team composition with an Order Change MC. Not using Vitch actually hurts Buster Teams more than Oberon does as for the fact that you mentioned that Oberon is essentially universal for ~90% of any team composition, whereas without Vitch, if you lack Merlin who's strictly a Limited Time SSR, Buster Teams lose more consistency and strength. To sum it up, Oberon is player friendly if you can adjust to his skills carrying nasty debuffs (with a perma Sleep) and his NP being able to stall enemies (by putting them to sleep and giving them a brief Invincibility). Vitch/Koyan of Light is pretty much a 'need be' for non-stall Buster Teams.

I have both Berserker Raikou and Galatea as Buster units kinda. I've been trying for Morgan but no luck so far. Should I stop and save for Koyanskaya or try my luck a little more for Morgan? I still have a lotta story to catch up on so hopefully I can have a decent amount of SQ before the anniversary.
