1st go electrician who have car diagnosis tool Tell him to do servomotor installation calibration If successfully done ok. If not done he give you fault code Which servomotor damage replace it ok
Power on ignition, hold down the Fan up&down buttons for 5 secs power off ignition. Power on ignition again then hold Fan down&inner-circulation buttons for another 5 secs then power off. Power on ignition, press Fan-up to highest setting then power off ignition.

i was able to get my 2016 Lexus IS200t working again with just the fist 2 buttons of the fans pressed and held for a few seconds.
update i now have a code 43. AC is only good for the windshield vents but not for the front vents aiming at my face. Any suggestions?
