Ford 6.0 runs rough/stalls diagnosing bad injector

  • In this video I cover how to diagnose a bad injector letting air into the fuel system, this makes the truck run very rough, in most cases it will eventually stall.

    You are a very good ^6.0l guy for sure, wish i was closer to you. Im thinking of getting rid of my 04 because i can't find a good 6.0l guy here. i went to a few shops and they won't even look at the 6.0l. I love these trucks, but the engine is so temperamental.

      Usually your cylinder that indicates an issue first thru monitoring live cylinder contribution is your problem injector, if you dont have access to this tie a balloon on the drivers and passengers fuel lines that connect into the front of the cylinder heads and crank the engine over, whichever balloon fills with air pull that side of injectors at minimum and send for testing to confirm which injector is bad, replace that injector and all should be fine, I already like to confirm fuel pressure before replacing injectors too, low fuel pressure below 42 psi damaged injectors
