A hospital in Newport has just recorded its busiest month on record - with staff there saying this winter has been one of the most difficult.
The number of people being seen at emergency units in the Aneurin Bevan Health Board area in January is up 12% compared to five years ago. ITV cameras were allowed into the emergency department at the Royal Gwent to see how staff - and patients - are coping.
