Props to the other racer that helped get the bike off instead of going

My favorite 250 rider at the time. He crashed on my birthday as I was out riding myself. Bummer. Can’t wait until he’s back on his feet!

She took the injury with him and made sure he didn't wallow in it. Jesse is and will always be one of my favorite riders.

I was on the fence watching that crash and it was so heart breaking to see no movement in his legs. Love love love to see that he found something else he loves to do in the utv racing. Keep grinding jessie 🙏🏻

I was there that day too but not close to where he went down. I was making my way towards the podium at that point. I heard on the loud speaker that he went down and I was bummed because I’m a fan of Jesse. I didn’t really think much of it tho…riders go down all the time and it’s no big deal. About 15 minutes later I saw the helicopter coming in to pick him up and knew that it was much more serious. But even at that point I was thinking maybe just a bad femur break or serious concussion or maybe a broken back that might take 6 months to come back from. It wasn’t until later that night on social media that I saw it was pretty much worst case scenario. My hart sank knowing he would never get the opportunity to complete for a 450 title or maybe even ever walk again.
It’s good to see he is putting in work and slowly improving. If anyone can do it, it’s Jesse. Most kids in his situation would have stopped riding when he lost his thumb!

Man this kid was awesome why I have not heard this happened? And I follow moto/supercross pretty close iv not heard the announcers mention it at all. I really think they should talk more about the people who have so much for the sport. I forgot about him until I heard is name come up on a podcast.

The dislikes are from the people that can't stand others overcoming obstacles and becoming successful in their recovery...

It’s probably people who don’t know how the 👍🏻/👎🏻 work and they watched this video and felt sad so the hit the thumbs down. I don’t think there are any Jesse haters out there downvoting this video. He is too nice of a kid and too inspirational to hate.

Damn man, you’ve definitely taken some licks!! Worst I ever did was a femur and at the time I thought that was bad! Stay positive. If you could come back from that paragliding accident, you can come back from this.
I see you posted that a year ago…how are you doing today?

Jesse's intense drive to succeed + modern medical science = Great chances for a recovery.
BTW, who the hell downvotes a video like this?
