Fantasy is a very broad niche, there are lots of authors that do very well and I think you would need to establish yourself as a known author by marketing. Also really look at the book covers, I think the fantasy books that sell well, their covers are usually very impressive. Asides from childrens books I have never published high content so I would look for someone who specifically discusses high content books. Good luck with your journey.
