Four months after total knee replacement, I developed sharp pain below the knee , which matched descriptions of fibula head pain that I read online (pain walking down steep slopes or down stairs). The mobilization technique shown here was immediately effective, and restored my ability to walk down stairs without pain. I thank Mr. Tully for this video.

I tried this on my left leg. I was having incredible pain at the fibular head and knee area (no idea how it happened). I did this exercise a few times, my leg or knee popped, and I am back to normal. Thank you!

Thank you for this video. I have been struggling with the fibular pain since 40days. I tried this yesterday, the pain is gone. Today I ran my first pain free 10kms after a long time! Thank you again!!

How do you know if you've done it properly, is there a pop or crack like when you get a chiropractic adjustment and also how do you know if it has worked?

I was diagnosed with 'stiff knee' in both knees. I was told to push the fibia while massaging while bending the knee. It has increased my bend angle of my knees but I still experience stiffness at the knee after long walks. I am very afraid of trying this video as it looks pretty intense with the rotation and bend on the floor like that. Could this work if I am laying on my back with foot pulled-down a wall or do I need the body weight?

Hi Andrew I have suffered from ankle sprain in jun18 and in feb 20 suddenly I feel pain on outside of my right knee . First Physio treat as lcl injury than I went to other Physio he treated it like a IT band syndrome but no progress . Finally third Physio after 3 months this is from my ankle STFJ sprain . It’s been 4 months now I am suffering from this pain . I just want to know how long it will take to heal ? It will have any impact in any future physical activities.

Sometimes with bad ankle sprains the fibula can be jarred, you can mobile the fibula head, and the ankle.

Hey my left leg fibula pops out way more then my right one and when I squat way low and lift myself up. I sometimes feel a crack in my knee that hurts like hell. What could that be?
