That’s so selfish! What’s embarrassing about walking down the aisle alone? Everybody’s not going to accept her being transgender, but it’s her sister’s wedding and that’s who she’s there for and nobody else. Walking alone will have all the attention on her. She should feel honored and walk like a model down that runway for her sister.

@@tdcleveland09well if her sister really wanted her sister to be there for her big day she wouldn’t have told her sister that she had to walk alone because grooms was uncomfortable holding her arm!! It’s just a walk down isle not intercourse ! I would have got a male to walk w/ my sister that didn’t mind she was trans. So it definitely gave her sister told those grooms that she was trans . Even if they already knew her sister before the transition so the sister claimed then whoever ain’t wanna walk with my sister would’ve had to go and replaced with someone that didn’t mind period

I think what makes him insecure in requesting to walk separate to Indya, you may not want to lock arms fine but I think to do that especially when it's not your wedding or about you makes you insecure it's not like being Trans is passing a disease and it seems from the dialouge she wasn't hinting for a man or anything neither so she was really just there for support

It’s resentment, her mother took her siblings and moved to another state leaving her behind. She had to watch From outside as her mother built another family and did not include her. How do you think that made her feel as a 10-year-old? That’s abandonment right there. Then when she reconnected with her siblings the mother would instigate drama between them. The mother has never acknowledged the abandonment and alienation that she made her daughter feel. The mother took her to court trying to take custody of her kids. The respect has sailed away and at this point, her Mother doesn’t deserve respect. 🤷🏽‍♀️

For all the adults who grew up in families that had (or still have) these types of issues and the parents had treated them this way as children, we need to keep in mind that our parents were once children themselves with parents/family that may have given them unfair treatment. It took me 30 years to realize this about my parents and how I was raised. Depending on your parents age, that will reflect the generation they've grown up in and that will reflect how THEIR parents raised them because older generations were extremely strict and sometimes unemotional. Talking to family, and your parents, will absolutely help you understand and in return YOU can change yourself.

Everyone does not have to be ok with walking with a man that thinks he’s a woman. That’s a choice the trans made and that’s a choice that man made. It doesn’t make him less of a man Karamo. And if he didn’t walk to do it because your black it is still his choice. I think it messed up that if you don’t agree with man wanting to present as women you are labeled as transphobic because I don’t agree with a person wanting the world to be ok with trans wanting to change reality. However, I don’t have nothing against people that live a gay lifestyle.

People have a right to not walk with someone they don’t agree with their life style, and it’s not her sisters fault they didn’t feel comfortable. Get over it. It was your chose at the life style you chose.

Well not wanting to walk down the aisle with her,,is like making out she will poison to anyone who touches her. Nobody needed to know her situation at all, and to make walk alone just makes her look untouchable, you do not be that unkind to anyone.

    • @xithepen

one doesn’t “become” transgender. being trans is not a choice bc it’s an identity, transitioning is a choice (which doesn’t invalidate trans identities). being trans is just as much out of a person’s control as being black so this was a very fair comparison
      signed, a cisgender black man.

She’s just jealous of her sister, because she was born a woman and she was not. Please don’t compare the complexion of a persons skin with the fact that you made a conscious decision to decide to be other than what you were born that has nothing to do with anybody’s race You will never be a woman I pray you have happiness, in who you are NO men do not have to agree to lock arms with another man if they don’t want to I am so tired of people making decisions to change their sexuality, and then being mad because everyone does not want to take part that is unfair and bias I have no problem with people being whoever it is that they want to be but don’t try to grab the rest of us around our necks and try to make us accept it or agree with it

I wonder if the mother has issues with having a natural daughter and decided to encourage a perfect daughter in her son. 🤔
The mother is overly critical of her daughter for being a female. It also seems, she may feel, she could be a better mother to her grandchildren. It appears, the daughter is the fluke in her eyes; it looks like she h8ts her and wants to emotionally bring her pain.
It may have alot to do with the daughter's father rejecting her. I see an unGodly twisted minded mother.

Wait a minute when did they allow for people to bring guns to the show? If you zoom in on the waistband of the father when he comes to the stage there is a silver holster clip to his pants parrot you can't say that's the microphone because at no time was he expected to come to the stage otherwise they would have given him a mic. None the less you can see the hammer and a sturdy clip that latches onto the belt to hold that weapon in place. I might be wrong but I blew this up as big as you could be before it became distorted and it certainly looks like a gun to me. What do you guys think?

Saying “before you transgendered over” like what. You SISTER is trans why do you not know the right terms. Why did you let the groomsman disrespect your sister in that way. If they did want to hold her hand they shouldn’t have been in the wedding period. I can’t even stand near anybody who will disrespect my sister.

The groomsmen were not wrong. They have a choice of whether they want somebody else's life choices forced upon them or not. Alot of the lgbtq etc folks have so many issues with what others think or do because they're not secure with themselves and the choices they have made. Its nobody else job to go overboard to accept them. They have to accept themselves and be okay with that. To each his or her own I have no problem with people who are different just don't try to force gay on me and I won't force straight upon you. When she have her own wedding then she can do what she pleases. That was not her call she could've walked by herself or sat in the audience if it was about the sister but no she just wants attention. The mom was wrong and she knew it thats why she started out about everybody has a past. She knew hers was about to embarrass her because she abandoned her daughter as a child and still as an adult she don't have her back. Topaz is probably better off just saying it is what it is. She shouldn't have to keep apologizing for being left out to make them feel better about leaving her out.

  • @somebody9140

Okay. Wait. Now see this is the only issue i have with the trans subject. We cant expect others to accept our feelings about being trans if we cant respect how others feel about it. You cannot force hetero men to be down with anything just because it hurts your feelings. It is their right not to want to lovk arms with a trans if they aren't comfortable. It doesnt make them phobic or insecure. Its a choice and their right to do so. Trans rights do not amd should not be the only feelings that matter. This is unacceptable. PeriodT

She feels like u ruined it because it was boring without you. Yep u are the event baby, she mad cause she needed u there and instead o apologizing and telling them grooms u will be replaced if you won’t walk with my sis she got angry and then insulted you even more . She’s a spoiled sister and did not take up for her . I’m angry abt this one , and we can tell that babygirl is confident and independent but also that is her sister the one she probably thought she would love and trust the most so I know behind closed doors she does probably cry who wouldn’t . But I’m happy she stood on her respect no matter what, and baby it’s okay to show emotions in public as well. God bless you’ll have a fulfilling life and a partner who loves you and new sisters and brothers hopefully your husband will have siblings so u can be close with them

No he’s a strong black man. And yes, he has the right to know that he would walk down the aisle with a trans person. Just like he has the right to play dress up, he has a right to not want to walk down the aisle with a trans man. As a friend I would have told him as well. He made this all about her. So what you was walking down the aisle by himself. He could have took that and ran with it and slayed that isle, but he chose not to go. Okay.
