4D is also the pre-development Platform for shoes Like the adizero Pro with BOOST-insert in a Litestrike-Frame. 4DFWD for my understanding is also the pre-devlopment Platform for a new Type of propulsion-running-shoe more foot- and athlete-healthier than shoes with inserted Plates. adidas NextCloud and adidas adizero Pro are shoes with Plate in the top-section of the midsole. The effect is very different to inserted Plates deeper in the midsole. And the adidas adizero adios Pro has Energy Rods instead of a plate. The Energy Rods can be easily shifted Back inside the midsoles by the impuls-confronted section of the lower section of midsole and Outsole. The adizero adios Pro has already a limited FWD inside. The Nike with the Zoom-Air Pockets goes in the wrong direction as Zoom-Air prevents any side- and FWD-shift. No surprise that the top athlete which prefers wearing the one with These Zoom-Air Pockets is injured. Germany has also an injured athlete due to wearing too often plated shoes with overcushioning on the Level of Nike ...Flys. It's Not an German adidas Athlete. adidas has even developed a Training shoe which goes beyond Barefoot shoes. Good trained athletes will feel their muscles of the feet with These shoes. The feet should propulse, should be trained for better propulsion and Not propulsion per shoe.
The drop is way too high.... Adidas need to start releasing their models in optional 4mm drop shoes to compete with Skechers Performance Hyperburst models, Hoka, Asics, etc.... I never go above 5mm... it feels so unnatural and changes the natural biomechanics of your feet, legs, knees, hips and spine.... they actually cause me discomfort.... Adidas would capture alot of extra runners I think if they tried this..... Nice video though man. ....
The name of these shoes sounds like a vaccine. Hey, how are? I’m good. A little tired because I just got my 4DFWD and now my calves are sore. Thank you and I’ll show myself out.
Thanks for the review!

If my grandma could crochet me a running shoe, this is probably what it would look like.
But seriously, great content Sam and Jeff. Thank you.
Awesome review on draw opening day, thank you guys as always
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a scramble to test as we only heard a few days ago that the draw would start today.
The primeknit around my ankle is fantastic it’s not itchy and I don’t rub my Achilles raw from the moment you take it out the box
Appreciate the neighborhood vibes sprinkled in with the review. 🙌🏾
Have a serious word with yourself boy 🤣
How do these fit? TTS? Or run a little big?
TTS for me
So, the shoe is for Heel-strikers?
Most specifically, yes.

A tip : you can watch movies on Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.
