Willow's voice is warm chai tea with honey swirled through it. Exotic and spiced but familiar. Not an overpowering sweetness, it just brightens the depth. Does that make sense to anyone besides me?
Willow's voice is just unique. I won't say bad or good... just unique. She kinda just sings down the middle with very little pitch variation. She sings softly down the middle and she can sing loudly right down the middle. I don't know where she adopted this style but if you listen to her younger voice, she didn't sing like this. Honestly, her voice is unique like the same way Shakira's voice is but way less dynamic. However, when you hear Willow's voice you definitely know who you're listening to.
