1-Did you remove the screen in the basin? I thought it was a filter.
2-when it starts to make ice(every time) water drips into the ice drawer(soaks the ice in there). Is this normal?
3-do you out the ice in the freezer and turn off the machine, or leave it on continuously run when ice gets low?

No I did not remove screen.
The unit is not a freezer so ice will melt and recycle back into the system to freeze ice again.
We leave it on all the time.

I just purchased one! Waiting for it to arrive. On the first cleaning i know u said put bleach. However, on the 2nd, 3rd cycle.. do u use bleach as well in those? Just wondering bc u said u ran it a few more times to make sure all the bleach was out. Was wondering if first cycle has bleach and the rest is just water

Do not put this next to heat sources or in direct sunlight per manufacturer 👌🏻

We have had no issues with it. The stove does not put off that much heat to it.

No. It pulls from the water side tank and you refill it as needed

No not at all. It doesn’t chill the ice in the bucket so it already melts.
