Been lost without my 8am (Central Time) Coach JB words of wisdom.
Ja is becoming the modern day 2Pac, but in athlete form. He never was a gangster, but now that he has some money and lives in Memphis he thinks he is and is trying to carry himself like one. This is the fourth incident since he’s been in the league that involves him either pointing a gun at someone or flashing a gun around like a toy. I think a lot of it is on him too, and too many people are trying to pass the buck off to people around him. Look at how the entire Grizzlies team acts on and off the floor. Particularly Dillon Brooks on and off the floor and the way JJJ runs his mouth on Twitter. Teams usually take on the energy of their best player, and if you look at everything that’s happen it starts to become more clear. Even his dad is trying to act like he’s “about that life” by getting into it with Shannon Sharpe in the middle of the game. In all honesty it’s going to take a shooting or something where someone actually gets hurt for the NBA or the Memphis Grizzlies to ever put their foot down because the NBA allows the players to control the entire league

The NBA's decision on a suspension is gonna speak volumes of what the real brass on the league think of the community that follows Ja. We'll see what happens. They either give a shit or they don't.
As a father, I want Ja to be punished hard so he can learn a very hard lesson. But if I am JJ Redick, no problem, then keep him playing he didn’t break any laws.

People SHOULD be parenting THEIR OWN kids. Being their own kids’ role model and teach them NOT to idolize these entertainers. MY daughter idolizes ME if anybody. However, such is not the case. So, entertainers should accept the stupidity of they themselves being role models to their fsns and patrons. Whether they like it not they are looked up to. And they get paid to do so AND THEY KNOW IT. Somebody has to accept responsibility somewhere. Everybody shirking the obvious influence they have in the kids’ lives. Poor kids.

I remember the Covid lock down when you had swarms of people in front of several capital buildings brandishing semiautomatic firearms and nobody said a damn thing. Hypocrisy in this country is absolutely MIND-NUMBING. Keep the same energy for Washington elites including congressman who do it as well. I didn't see this much anger when there was a mass shooting in Buffalo.
