Love your channel and content. Gonna stick with my 09 Prius with 252K miles for now. I'm getting 48 MPG per tank. It's insane that the mpg is the window sticker amount all these years/miles later.
Not true. The Prius Prime has a heat-pump that provides heat or cooling without having to run the engine. The Prime can also provide heat/AC via the engine if you choose to "force" the engine to start while in EV Mode.
Saw this here a week ago where i live here in japan. Doesn't look good. I don't like the style. The pricing also not good. But japanese cars here are so affordable compared to other countries
It is if you are keeping the car for more than 5 years (average driver). (That's not even considering the unreasonable extra higher resale value). (That's not even considering the better drive feel, for example, most people that prefer a more grounded car with heavy battery at the bottom)
I test drove the Subaru Solterra 2024 and the steering wheel was changed to a more square shape and it does improve visibility of the cluster. Got used to it quick but I know a lot of people just will find the styling of a square wheel odd
My wife is 5'7", I'm 5'11". Neither of us has any problem seeing the MID, in fact, we can both view not just the entire screen. We can see the sloped fascia in front of the cluster. All of it. The steering wheel and drivers seat have a multitude of adjustments. Put your seat-back up straighter, that's not a beach chair your sitting in

I like Toyotas but their dealership pricing has gone crazy.
Great review. I think you've missed your calling as you have a good voice!
What a beautiful car. I love that Red... I'm willing to drive to NC to buy from you. You seem like a honest person.
Jeff, I am primed to plug into this review. 😉
Noted! Plug away hahahaha
Are prices go. Down. ?
I’ll check one out at my local Toyota dealer
Jeff, have you ever thought of doing a quick video asking subscribers what vehicles they want you to do day or night reviews??
@@Irishmanbikes that’s a good idea. I can whip something like that up
@@Toyotajeff I especially was thinking of your other channel, AutoJeff too.
All I see is great potential for exclusive dealer monopoly repairs.
Neat seats!
But can I park it in my garage during a flood ?
In EV mode, you cannot the use the heat or AC without running the gas motor.

Paying 10K$ upfront than other non hybrid ain't saving $$$ for gas...

Nobody is paying $10k more for a similar non hybrid.
I will wait until they improve the driving cluster. Way too low. The steering wheel blocks it.

It’s a small diameter steering wheel. Once you get your seating height adjusted & wheel tilted, nothing is blocked!

Toyota's prices are extremely high.
I have seen it, too low specially the rear passenger seat. ODO meter blocked by steering. Over hyped and over priced vehicle.
that beetle look, ugh
