I really like this. I don't agree that it's wrong to change the lyrics of a song to make it "Christian". God gave us the ability to make music to create melodies and what makes the song secular are the lyrics not the music behind it. And it's not about trying to seem "cool". There are a lot of songs I change the lyrics too because i don't like the original. It's the same. You're taking a song you like beat and sound of and putting it toward a better cause. We,people of the world, even created those slow hymns ourselves, so who are we to know what type of music God wants? Oh my goodness.. I love it..This is what our children should be listening to.:) As an Aunt I was not comfortable hearing my young nieces singing the other version..
