The I158 still originates out of North Baltimore OH. It's counterpart I157 goes to Bedford Park since the Abolishment of I137.
BNSF delivers those intermodal cars daily to North Baltimore. BNSF Z-LACNWH7 starts out in the Hobart Yard in LA and runs to the 59th St, Yard in Chicago where the symbol changes to CSX I172.
