I have contacted Ubisoft as have many people from what I can see on Reddit. The patch fixed the unfair lack of checkpointing on the early strict stealth missions but there is quite a major bug just now they need to address. No one in games media is highlighting this yet. What it is, is that early on hyperdrive travel works between all the planets, but suddenly when hyperdrive travelling to Kijimi, it freezes in the hyper tunnel animation and the dialogue they characters aboard the ship have, suddenly cuts off. It just hangs and full crashes the game. There is a workaround I found and would like to share for now. So if you go to your map, then zoom out until you get to the galaxy map, you can choose Kijimi and fast travel works to get you can there. The problem is, and I don't know thisbyet for sure but others have said there are missions that will involve the game automatically going by hyperspace to Kijimi and apparently it breaks the game. The problem developed for me after I completed the mission to get Ank. Hopefully Ubisoft fix this because space travel is a major function of the game. Outside of that a Star Wars fan I am really enjoying what is on offer. Lots of things to collect, places to go and see, and the whole underworld adventure is fun. I don't get why people are dumping so hard on it.
Couldn't agree more, i know it's a video game, but you can't help but notice when she punches a stormtrooper or a Pyke with a steel helmet on, very immersion breaking
Love this game. I really would like to see a NG+ , Pre-Sets because I like a few armor sets , and it’s a little annoying choosing contracts 1 by 1. Some sort of way to talk to ND-5 and have him give you random contracts without having to choose them would be lovely. This game is amazing 😊
I'm really enjoying Outlaws so far, some of the menus are a tad confusing and there's ALWAYS a huge pile of rocks in the way 🤣. Overall tho it's actually pretty good.
It's simply because it's got Ubisoft on the box that's literally it. It's fashionable to hate them so nerds just jump on that bandwagon. If this game was made by Obsidian or Respawn etc, nobody would have batted an eyelid.
These game companies need to invest in a QC department, hire gamers to play the games before game release. Stop selling us unfinished or bugged games. It’s just bad business.

I am enjoying the game alot. I am also glad they are willing to improve things. I wish they would improve the Ai, to search and do more. Sometimes when sending Nix to distract or whistling they just stand and don't respond still. Also I wish they would add manual firing back when being shot at or chased on speeder. The meter thing is fine as a special with what is basically dead eye, but if it runs out it is annoying and it spils the fun for the payer not being able to shoot back. The final addition I want is some hats, hairstyles or helmets for Kay, as her hairstyle looks pretty bad even with the retro element of tying it into to the period between ESTB and ROTJ. Outside of that I am enjoying the lesser visited crime syndicates and underworld side of Star Wars and enjoying what is there. It just needs some further improvement. Also give her a droid hand.
First thing I did when I started the game is max my rep with the Crimson Dawn and get the outfit with the stealth buff. Haven’t had any issues with stealth even before the patch Should be easy now
I just finished the game today. I loved it. What a poignantly brilliant ending. Sad to see my time with it end. Has some growing pains but once I saw it was as more of a 360 game (with modern graphics) and sank more into the roleplay of yeah Kay is just a normal person she shouldn't be able to Solid Snake the whole conpound I really got into it. Also the speeder becomes awesome when you have the junping and steering upgrades and the ship feels great with all its upgrades. Sabaac is amazing. So many little touches of joy. Ahhh I will miss it.
If you like exploring environments and kicking back while you look around. It's a great game. If you like solid stealth and fun shooting mechanics...I'd skip til a sale. As a true gamer, I enjoyed it
PS5 user here…Not sure what the deal was with everyone else but I experienced no issues of any kind, ever throughout the play through and I completed the game before the update 🤷🏻♂️

This game is so much fun, though nit seemed to have a slow start. I absolutely love this game, and I don't understand the hate.
I love how complaints about shooters being too hard are almost universally met with "git gud", but complaints about stealth being too hard in a stealth game "need to be addressed" in a patch 🙄
In my experience with it mate, stormtroopers and enemies in stealth story missions were seeing me through walls, but thankfully thanks been improved. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want that be better as it’s quite frustrating lol (same thing plagued AC Valhalla when it was released)
@@AndyReloads Fixing issues like being seen through walls and stuff like that is fantastic, the more fixes the better, I just don't see why the stealth needs to be any easier.
That auto adjust view on the Speeder is indeed useless and a trash idea, dont know who came up with it. However there is a fix, On PC you can hold Right Mouse all the way to make it act like a NORMAL drivin exp.
Thankfully I managed to get to the last mission (main story) without any mission bugs, I didn't do it yet because I want to take my time and do some other things in game before I do this one. I'm happy to see that stealth has been improved a bit. Looking forward for more updates. and to the first DLC :D
There’s only 3 games I’ve played and bought day one. dark souls 3, Elden ring, and cyberpunk 2077. First two were fun and playable the last was terrible but it’s now great. I learned my lesson. I just wait 6 months to a year to play games. Around Christmas I’ll get dragons dogma 2 and start playing that if I can get it for 30 or under.
I think my biggest gripe with this game is the map itself. It is very confusing to determine where you are in conjunction to the map itself. It’s also frustrating that there isn’t either a small hood in one of the corners of the screen that shows your actual location without having to actually go into the van or setting a waypoint with a target line to follow so I don’t have to constantly check the map to make sure I’m on the right path. In the map is so boring like there’s hardly any detail.
Another quality video Andy, I was really enjoying the game until I couldn't get off Toshara, so pleased to see it now fixed, may jump in again this weekend but it shouldn't happen when a game releases, just makes me less inclined to buy AC Shadows in a few months if it's going to be a similar 'tease' experience where I have to wait for an update a week later lol. Keep up the great work though Andy, the straight to the point update videos have always been fantastic!
The game plays pretty great on XBSX. Most of my issues were temporary or not frequent enough to ruin the experience. I did get stuck in the walls during a few fire fights but that's the worst of the bugs for me after 40+ hours.
Yeah, that must be "hey, so many driving games out there already, how about we....spiced thing up a lil, make our game special?" trash idea from one of Ubi staff. Here is the fix, on PC hold Right Mouse button All the way to make it behave like a Normal driving scene.
Still an issue on Kijimi with the breakout mission, if you die weapons factory youll get respawned back in kijimi city and then the guards wont let you go back on the road to the weapons factory. You cant shoot or antagonise thek to get past. Its also a game breaker as it is main storyline
Great for the PC players, wonder if Massive is going to treat the console community the same as they do in Division 2, ie (Liberty Island, Missile launcher Turning invisible). Just one example, 2nd lighting in the game Bright then Dark. Just to name a couple of problems. No intention of buying this Starwars game , sick of putting up with broken games.

I still have a bug glitch on my game there a auditory settings that she keeps repeating every time I load into the game even the mission was completed “the last of the delivery’s time to get paid and and get out of here” how to I fix this?
I ended up going into a room which could only be entered via (shooting a electric point) to open a door on tattoine , I did this and went into the room too loot as you do , left the room immediately and went to a zip line , instead of declining I let go and died instantly , I then was teleported back into that same room with NO POWER , I was stuck , no way out, needed go back to another save file , 30minutes lost._.
is anyone else having this bug on pc with controller where sometimes (but not every day i guess just randomly?) my crouch button jumps before sometimes actually crouching but the jump button also jumps, the nix button usually just rolls and the sprint button windows out and turns on keyboard (!) it's making everything like extremely hard to do and making me even more stuck on the imperial base finding the engineering area thing than i already am
I’ve only experienced a couple minor issues on ps5. Nothing game breaking. I do wish they would have some accessibility settings for some of the onscreen prompts. The fonts on things are too small to see for me like what button to press for certain actions. Especially the trigger and bumper buttons. Also the value of cards in sabbacc. None of those change with any current settings. And even after the update I got instant fail when someone saw me on kijimi trying to get into that area. Didn’t even give me time to take him out quickly and quietly.
Ubisoft listen, if you meant to make this game relies too much on stealth then at least make it more interesting like: different tools (apart from punching), different techniches (faster and stronger via upgrades) and of course a silent pistol. Cant give this game more than 6.5 /10. I'm sorry.
THIS is a STEALTH GAME ladies. Cus everytime you decided to go loud, the enemies will spawn infinitvely from everywhere. Like the whole planet know your location and teleport directly on to your sorry ass - a girl equiped with a cute lil monster and a tiny blaster that shoot a few shots and reload. But thats is not the main point, the main point is when you realize that this crab relies too much on stealth but the developers never provide enough means for you to do that, DO IT WITH YOUR BARE HANDS. I had no bugs before now, I’ve already had a handful right after the update that didn’t happen before the update. I even teleported while driving my speeder to my ship next thing I’m just there, the line about Kay’s mom at the end right before the final mission just constantly repeats every time I go to my ship, these are just some of the bugs I’ve had right after the update. For my Xbox X it’s only made things worse, oh yeah I even have some mission contacts that have now completely vanished from the game as well (3 to be specific). Not really an update if it destroys the game more like a downgrade.
excellent game. havnt been able to stop playing it. truly a loveletter game to star wars and to fans. some of the Easter eggs and cameos, like the Boba fett one, have been amazing. The missions are really great too. I didnt think I would, however really dig the skill system. they aren't just handed to you and you can do alot at anytime. I dont understand the hate, because I love the care theyve given this game. I hope Massive does another or the next Star wars game is just as good.
I have bugged missions related to stashes, treasures that I already obtained and the mission treasures of nix I already completed them all and acquired the objects and the mission is still there
Ubisoft plus premium which is available on Xbox and PC allows cross pregression without buying game twice. PS5 dont have premium service, so you have to buy game twice.
the game seems fun, but the price is so damn steep and has been the only thing putting me off from getting the game. is it worth the 100+ dollars, or should I wait?
I think after a few more patches and a reduction in price it would be well worth it mate, just my opinion though, bugs aside, I really enjoyed this as a casual/chill out game, cheers

They should really change the animations on how Kay Vess does stealth takedowns on certain enemies, especially those with helmets😅.

My game-breaking bug occurred at the end of the Viper quest on Akiva. The patch thankfully fixed that one too.

This game does have a few janky elements that make it less than ideal, but overall it’s a really fun game. I’m loving it so far!

I finished the game twice and it says I have new items in my loadout but there's nothing there and nothing in the box

Right there with you, really struggle reading some of the text. Thought I just needed better glasses but good to hear it’s not just me struggling
Camera still bug on ps5 , wen riding bike still can’t adjust it , it auto adjust to front every 2 sec not meter what you chose

I was hoping the update would fix an issue I keep having. It didn't.
THIS is a STEALTH GAME ladies. Cus everytime you decided to go loud, the enemies will spawn infinitvely from everywhere. Like the whole planet know your location and teleport directly on to your sorry ass - a girl equiped with a cute lil monster and a tiny blaster that shoot a few shots and reload.
But thats is not the main point, the main point is when you realize that this crab relies too much on stealth but the developers never provide enough means for you to do that, DO IT WITH YOUR BARE HANDS.

I had no bugs before now, I’ve already had a handful right after the update that didn’t happen before the update. I even teleported while driving my speeder to my ship next thing I’m just there, the line about Kay’s mom at the end right before the final mission just constantly repeats every time I go to my ship, these are just some of the bugs I’ve had right after the update. For my Xbox X it’s only made things worse, oh yeah I even have some mission contacts that have now completely vanished from the game as well (3 to be specific). Not really an update if it destroys the game more like a downgrade.
So, do I have to start my game over with a new save?
i actually went back to my old save and the bugs are not there anymore either, so it seems like new game save is not required
excellent game. havnt been able to stop playing it. truly a loveletter game to star wars and to fans. some of the Easter eggs and cameos, like the Boba fett one, have been amazing. The missions are really great too. I didnt think I would, however really dig the skill system. they aren't just handed to you and you can do alot at anytime. I dont understand the hate, because I love the care theyve given this game. I hope Massive does another or the next Star wars game is just as good.

related to stashes, treasures that I already obtained and the mission treasures of nix I already completed them all and acquired the objects and the mission is still there

Ubisoft plus premium which is available on Xbox and PC allows cross pregression without buying game twice.
PS5 dont have premium service, so you have to buy game twice.

the game seems fun, but the price is so damn steep and has been the only thing putting me off from getting the game. is it worth the 100+ dollars, or should I wait?
I think after a few more patches and a reduction in price it would be well worth it mate, just my opinion though, bugs aside, I really enjoyed this as a casual/chill out game, cheers
How long does it take u to finish a game. I just get ubisoft + for 25 a month, usually can finish a game in a month depending...

I have close to 70h on ps5 and have had two minor bugs. Wish Kay didn’t look weird, but I have been told that is not a bug, but a feature.

Can anyone help with the purchase cause I’m thinking about splitting this game with one another person so it’s will be £35 for me plus I have £10 in my wallet which can take out the total amount which will basically be £25 for the whole game

game is really fun, but there are still few issues with it. 35 doesn't seem like much tbh when splitting it with someone else tho!
