Currently building the 1/48 Dr1 by Eduard.......lovely kit and my first 1/48 WW1 subject. Enjoying the series. The masking tape/putty trick is a new one on my aged brain........like it a lot and will be trying it out. Thanks for the upload.
@@VilkaModels That's good to know. I have several 1/48 WW1s in my stash, a result of the wife's generosity on my retirement. The aim is to get to the point where I can avoid ruining my CSM Sopwith Dolphin! !

Thats also a lovely kit, not too complicated with rigging either. More WW1 stuff coming in the near future!
