Good review here. I'm considering adding this bayonet and only want a true military issue vs the commercial model. I've been looking online and have seen one with ARMY Combat on the blade too. I wasn't even aware there was such a model. I'll either get the USMC or the ARMY if I get one. I already have two M9 bayonets, a Lan Cay I got years ago and an Ontario that came with a Mossberg 590A1. They all go good with the older M7 and the ones for the M1 Carbine and M14. None of these things are cheap anymore!
If you mean replica as in the OKC sold to the civilian market, then the issued one will say “Combat USMC” stamped into the blade. The civilian model says “OKC 3S Combat”. Otherwise they are made to the same spec. If you mean replica as in a fake, then I can’t tell you what would be different as I have not looked into that.
