So if you use a screwdriver into the white funnel and turn right, that adjusts the lights upward?

I would recommend using a drill with a long phillips adapter. It takes a while for it to finally start moving up or down. And I believe right makes them go up

So the screw in the white plastic "funnel" adjusts up and down for BOTH low and high beam or just the low?
I want to lower my high beams.

The high and low beams go up and down and left and right together.
