  • How to buy a ticket to ride the BART train. In the greater Bay Area you can ride a train to take you from San Francisco to the furthest reaches of the East Bay. Buying a ticket to ride the Bay Area Rapid Transit is often a confusing process. In this brief instructional video I walk you through using the BART ticket machine to purchase a ticket to ride the BART train system throughout the Bay Area. BART stands for BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT. This is the only video you need to quickly and effectively purchase fare to go anywhere in the greater Bay Area.
Hello everyone and thanks so much for watching my movies. If you like what you see then please hit that like button and don’t forget to subscribe!
My name is Brett Walker, I am an artist from the Bay Area of California and I’ve been making short films and photographs for over 20 years. Formally trained as a photographer, I started making movies in my early 20’s and quickly started exhibiting my work in galleries and at film screenings throughout the United States and abroad. In 2007 I was included in the Detroit International Film Festival. In 2008 I was selected for the 23rd annual New American Talent exhibition at the Jones Center in Austin, Texas. My short film “I Didn’t Want It To Rain” was included in the first ever international art exhibition in Northern Thailand at Look At This Gallery, in Chang Mai as part of their “Superheros/Supervillains exhibition in 2009. “Drinking The Ocean Through A Straw” a short film made in San Francisco was included in a touring exhibition called “The Kids Are Alright” which traveled to the Addison Gallery of American Art in Andover, Massachusetts as well as the Weatherspoon Art Museum in Greensboro North Carolina in 2013. I’ve taught filmmaking and photography classes and workshops in universities and museums and other unconventional settings. I’ve worked as a camera person on feature length documentaries, made music videos, and swam from Alcatraz Island to the shores of San Francisco which took me just under an hour and a half to complete.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Maine College of Art in Portland, Maine and a Master of Fine Arts in Art Practice from the University of California, Berkeley.
Because I spent so much time going to Art School, I ended up working in the Specialty Coffee Industry for much of my early adult life. You can find a playlist of movies made in my coffee shop, George and Lennie, which I owned and operated from 2015-2020 in the Tenderloin District of San Francisco.
