Its a good place to live for families. Has a huge water park and nice golf club. Its definitely a place you would be proud to live at. Alot of Asian people. Looks like they are trying to buy out as much property as they can. I worked there doing maintenance. Im the one that changed out all the street lights to the bright LEDs

not that it isnt everywhere in the valley now

One thing about RR is they had a meeting (led by an attorney) few years back about building some homes on the course to pay for something which was pretty controversial there.
