Thanks Dan, always enjoy getting the tent out, the heat was worth it for the impressive views, may even get the tent again soon if the weather holds up, atb 😊
another entertaining video duncan,my brother and i aint done that part of the pennines we always hiked east of Alston cross fell mickle fell meldon hill places like that but now im 74 with a bad left knee it looks like my long hikes are over thats why i love watching your videos for the memories keep them coming my friend.
Thanks Colin, it is often forgotten about the North Western corner but it has it's own charm, glad I am bringing back happy memories, that's the thing with the North Pennines every hike is unique to every individual, don't worry I have no plans to stop just yet 😊
Really good. You had a load on your back there Duncan! Love the switchover to the snowy views. What a difference to the colourful pink heather. That area is a very long drive from my area here in the south. I will get back there sometime, when I can. Cheers, Warren
Thanks, there were times it definitely felt like a dead weight on my back but the end result was worth it, thoroughly enjoyed the wildcamping trip out, you will have to visit this area soon 😊
Great walk in Duncan - always good to go back over old ground especially when the conditions are so different - can see the views now. Yeah, a good hill - and I was going to mention the name too. Well, a nice pitch there - I imagine you had a good nights rest. All the best. Mark
Great to see you out there camping again Duncan even with the heat making the climb hard going. Can't beat those wide views. Cheers.

A lovely camp Duncan. I watch all your videos and love how you find peace in the north pennies. I look forward to the next one. Atb Mark
Thanks, I have been missing for a while but hopefully back for a while to video yet more of this gorgeous landscape 😊
Fantastic stuff Duncan 👍
Thanks, always worth a trip to the North Pennines, love a bit of peace and serenity 😊

@@DuncanBaxter Good to hear of the outing and camp Duncan - back fully rejuvenated.
Hi Duncan, just wondering if you have managed any walks over the Christmas period?
Hi, haven't been able to get out to do any videos recently until the beginning of this year, hopefully with more yet to come 😊
Enjoyed that ! New sub here 👍🏻🏕
Thanks for the view and the sub, plenty more available on my channel regarding this glorious area, and other areas too 😊
