My cousin and I were at this. After the show my cousin, who is agnostic, looked at me and said “I believe I felt the Holy Spirit during that performance!” Haha. It really was a great show, had the beach behind us and a crazy sunset melting down in the distance. I remember one guy standing beside me was on some molly and he was smiling so damn hard and tears were running down his face

As a Christian, I can still understand what your cousin meant. I’m very much a heavy “feeling” or “empath” type person, so maybe that’s why for me. Certain music just gives you that feeling.. it’s hard to explain but I know most people know what I mean. It’s nothing religious, but spiritual, yes. I’m glad y’all had a good time and I hope everyone keeps finding music that connects with them.
Edit: Some songs by Phantogram hit it for me but mostly classic rock gives me that feeling.

Got introduced to Phantogram from GTA radio. I'm sure I would have found them out regardless but I'm glad I found them the way I did. Made my 2013-2017 bareable.
ive been battling ptsd for a very long time. this track makes me cry and gives me courage at the same time. i use it on the ride to BJJ class. once i start crying i get a crazy burst of courage and power. like im telling my wounded former self “ it’s ok now…i’ve got us”
