Hey, I have watched a few of your videos for instructional purposes and think you are doing a good job. The only issue I have is just how often you use the praise, good job. In this video, from what I briefly observed, you said good job approximately 50 times. In my years of experience I have found it beneficial for the children development and self esteem to give them constructive and specific praise so that they can feel competent and truly as if they have been acknowledged for the skill or behavior they have displayed.
I do agree. I sometimes will say good job, but I love saying things like, I love the way you glued your paper, or oh you are doing so great coloring your paper.
