Nice to "catch" all those bees. I didn't know lemongrass was an attractive, thought it just repelled insects. Gardens looking good Jared

Great to see all of those bees. I worry about the bee population. No bees...no food. Great idea on the beans too! Hope ya'll have a great week ahead and God bless!

I grow my own lemon grass. Picked up my starter bunch from an Asian food market that sells fresh produce. It comes in a rooted bundle and is super easy to propagate. A very hearty plant that has no maintenance. Many uses.

Howdy Brother Jared- seeing bees swarm is kinda exciting to watch. We had a swarm come through here about a month ago. Papa always had bees at our house when I grew up. When they would swarm in the spring my Mom would take a big spoon and bang on a wash pan and they would settle down on a tree branch and Papa would come get em. That trellis you made for the beans is about the neatest I’ve seen we got a good stand of bush beans coming on. Take care and God bless y’all

I’ve heard a lot of the old bee keepers talking about hitting stuff to make them settle down! I heard they think it is thunder and think they need to get ready for a storm! Hope these beans climb it good first time I’ve made one like this! Bush beans sure would be easier than sticking all these!

Congratulations on that new swarm of honey bees, look like golden Italian honey bees in the picture. I guess you have the screened wire bottom for your hive, that seemed to really have helped mine, when I was keeping bees. What kind of pole beans do you have growing on that A frame tralous, looking good. Are those Cherokee purple matoes ? Give us a little oh gospel tune, like-"Honey In The Rock" on that banjo sometime, like Ralph Stanley use to do, are some wild wood flowers,
will ya ? Good job, God Bless

I don’t have screen bottom on these but been thinking on making one for them. Those beans are rattlesnake pole beans. Planning on doing some banjo soon
