This talk was very insightful and I am greatful for your answers. I have 1 man that I adore and he does me but he claims "busy" or "I have a daughter now". While I understand that, does living his purpose mean he can't hang out every now and then or he can't text me every now and then to see how I'm doing? When I have a problem with "us" he listens and says my feelings are valid but he doesn't go into depth in why he agrees. My first issue with this show is that it was suppose to be a show about "Have Your Standards in Men Changed As You've Gotten Older" - They were suppose to discuss the complexities of dating as a more mature woman. Real relationships are really hard to find. There's no formula to having a successfully fulfilling relationship. Here's what no none is saying...time is the gold standard for quantifying growth and goodness in a person. Time, however doesn't or should I say shouldn't be how anyone determines benchmarks for their relationship i.e. monogamy, meeting of each others family, or marriage. You get the point. Time is only relevant when it comes to what value do you put on the person you're investing in. If you enjoy their time and it feels reciprocal, that alone is priceless. In my opinion, success in anything is should be measured by the rate of your return and the amount of time you continue to give to any situation, including personal, intimate relationships. View it from an investment perspective...once an investment is no longing yielding solid returns it would be wise to sell and reinvest into something or someone else. I have 1 man that I adore and he does me but he claims "busy" or "I have a daughter now". While I understand that, does living his purpose mean he can't hang out every now and then or he can't text me every now and then to see how I'm doing? When I have a problem with "us" he listens and says my feelings are valid but he doesn't go into depth in why he agrees. In other words is the saying " if a man really likes you, he will go after you" a true statement? It's a tricky situation.

My first issue with this show is that it was suppose to be a show about "Have Your Standards in Men Changed As You've Gotten Older" - They were suppose to discuss the complexities of dating as a more mature woman. First of all, most of the guest did not come off as mature women and they did not speak in a way as such. I don't know mature women who want a street dude as long as he is not a gangster, who will date/marry a man with a prison record as long as he didn't shoot nobody in the head, or a woman who willing sleeps with a married man.

View it from an investment perspective...once an investment is no longing yielding solid returns it would be wise to sell and reinvest into something or someone else. But if that investment maturation doubles in value, then you double down.
