This makes me want to one day start a shipping company that only uses sail ships, Given where I’m from it’d be best to mostly transport goods around Australia/ Oceania, I’d try and transport locally grown and made goods

Good stories, worthy objective, and it could be viable for premium goods by unlocking small under-used ports. You will need to sail faster than 3 knots though. When sail dominated they averaged 10 to 12 knots, without weather routing, GPS, or modern clothing and healthcare.

The only solution is to reduce how much we consume
