I caught all of Greevil's Pokemon in one try without any Master Balls because I used the Master Ball on Lugia.

I usually save the Master Ball for one of the legendary birds. Mostly Articuno, because it's my favourite of the three legendary bird.

In my last play through with only Shadow Salamence and Shadow Lapras I was able to beat Greevil and catch most of his Legendary Pokemon. Including Lugia.

lol when the pokemon is asleep, frozen or paralyzed, its speed is always considered the lowest, so if they are to be naturally defrosted, awakened or attack, it will always happen last in the turn
