Allegra Clark just sings very well. There's a reason they chose her to voice Dorothea in Fire Emblem Three Houses, the character known for singing in operas.
This reminds me of a school musical cover of a famous song, in that it's clumsy and doesn't really sound that great, but everyone seems like they're having so much fun with it you can't help but enjoy it too. Overall a very satisfying, if cheesy, way to end a fantastic game.
Finally got around to starting and completing the game after having it in the backlog for 2 years, but gee, what is up with all the ‘cheesy ending’ type comments? Have you NOT seen the absurdly over the top action quick time events sequences throughout the game? That’s the whole point of this ending- it is meant to evoke both a cheesy and wholesome ending involving what were well written characters. Yes, the game is extremely morbid but it also doesn’t take itself too seriously.
@@Mr_Cinos ahh a fellow Echo Six watcher nice :). And yeah ALready watched COhh and Bikeman finish it now slowly following Bahroo doing the same lol. He's already halfway through it.
I don't blame him for sounding like that. Imagine going from voicing Male Byleth in Three Houses, a relatively deep voice, to voicing a 24 year old man child who has to sing in the exit segment

Anyways, forget CG animated children's movies ending in big dance sequences. Why don't we have more murder mystery psychological thrillers that end with the cast dancing to Jpop?
@@beyondviolet probably just some copyright bs or something. probably relating to the singers or something, similar reason to why we can't get yagami singing baka mitai in Judgement.
Ye it’s a known bug. The game uses the system language setting to determine what ending to play for whatever reason. If you set your PS4 or Switch’s language to JP and load your save, you will be able to hear the song with the Japanese VAs.

The best part about this scene: That the devs knew you'd probably want to see it again, and just unlock it as an option in the main title menu.

The best way to end your murder mystery game
This game convinced me that every game, regardless of genre, is improved by an unapologetic all-out dance number.
Listen if your murder mystery puzzle game doesnt end with a peppy dance number and song, I do not want to play it
you might want to play Ghost Trick...
