Love the video but would actually be great to see you use these techniques on the Augustus Loop software . I could only find two videos on the net and they are not very good to be honest! I am having problems making the loops longer.
Depends on what you need from a looper. It's designed with more of a 'Frippertronics' style looping in mind. I'm working on an actual live looper mode for the disting EX right now.
@@ExpertSleepersLtd Nice! a 4ch sub 1 millisecond latency looper, with separate outs and some deep control features via MIDI and CV would be really nice. Maybe we finally have a Electrix Repeater, or Echoplex for the modern day!?!? Minus a dedicated control panel...but hopefully we could make that with a midi device. Interesting to see what you come up with!
I love it. It's like Magneto.
Man, you're really making a case for that Michigan Synth Works fader bank to be an essential disting accompaniment.

porting any other plugins? a VST host on disting would be out of this world - just imagining running valhalla vintageverb
Oooooh, if it ran Valhalla, I'd buy 3 or 4 :D
VCV Rack VST host module
@@jmaz1100 yes. Absolute game changer.
Is it possible to use this as a live looper?

Expert Sleepers Well it’s awesome. I actually ordered one before you answered :). Thanks!
