I'm an avid reader, bibliophile. I mostly dwell in ivory towers of poets and bastions of historians, but occasionally I read mind over matter books. Thanks for the list. 🙏🏾
Thanks for this video as i had just finished a book 2 days ago so now it's a high time to start a New ✨ one . I think i should go with atomic habits. Thank you again. 🙏🏻
I have read Atomic Habits before, and going through my second read right now. Ikigai has been on my to-read list for a long time, maybe it's time to start it now.
Thank you Maria for sharing the books. Last week I was at the Conference in Belgium and Mindset book was mentioned. So definitely need to order this one :). I do agree Atomic Habits its a great book though
Hello Maria, my name is Joabe, I'm Brazilian and I really like your videos. I hope to become as competent a professional as you are. I'm studying cybersecurity!
I have read atomic habits, good read. And on the growth mindset ,my personal experience is that i started off as MBA finance, then moved to business side as commercial head of a multinational, then i started a small tech business as side hussle, guess this is my final thingy once it settles.
@@techmentormaria Thanks for replying! What I benefit the most is the "focusing on the system, instead of one single goal" mindset. It’s very liberating to me 🥳By the way, I really like your sit-down-and-talk type of content, more than the lifestyle/ vlogs haha. (Just my opinion, keep it up 👍)
Well, it happens every now and then but I switched teams a couple of times and worked on something completely new so I'm able to learn something that excites me :)
@@techmentormaria I'm stating to feel that kind of boredom. But I think it is not a moment to leave the comfort zone, so I struggle to keep productive, maybe after the recession finishes Im gonna think in change of role or even company
Thanks for the book recommendations. What kind of advice you would give to me as I am undergoing a transition from mechanical to IT, FullStack developer. I am currently doing a course to become the same. Thanks in advance 😊
Did any of the books resonate with you?

Hi Maria, Love your content. I have a question... have you ever felt bored or stuck at work? If so how did you manage it?

I'd recommend to keep practicing coding and not giving up! It's tough in the beginning but worth it if you stick to it :)
@@techmentormaria Thanks will do
Do you have more recommendations for students?
Of course, do you want a list or full video?
@@techmentormaria a list would be good enough. Thanks in advance

I think the biggest reason you are earning upper 6 figures because you are in software engineering. Books help but it is important to mention it.
I think people can figure that out by the name of my channel :)

Thank you 🙏
For you as a influencer, i can recommend: Dotcom Secrets Trilogy by Russell Brunson
