Hi! It's not possible to make objects less than 1 mm thick. You can create details such as the details of a miniature's face, but they must be very small areas.
@@nicemspa3109 Thank you for the reply! Is it possible to create such details (as ventilation grilles or miniature lettering) on surfaces, that provide stability?
@@isekaiexpress9450 The writing, in addition to the thickness of the object, creates stability as the space available for the metal to slide is increased. The grid depends on its size and shape. There is always a need to vent air from the center of the grill.
@@nicemspa3109 thank you for the reply! During my internship at a major railway model manufacturer in Germany, i was told that the high pressure of 300 KN in die casting is necessary of the need to overcome the viscosity of molten zamak to fill in the EDM-etched stainless steel moulds and to prevent microcavities that may promote zinc rot. I thought it was a bit overboard and such quality could also be achieved with your spin casting machines.
Our silicone rubbers don’t work with room temperature hardening like the RTV silicones. Our silicone rubbers need to be vulcanized in a press, with heat and pressure. This silicone rubbers are much more mechanical and heat-resistant. We sell as well RTV silicones, but are different from the one shown in this video
the 3d-printer shown in this video is "Anycubic mono 4k" - but isn't available. Our technicians now are using "phrozen mighty 8k". They told me that is very valid.
please can you help me, I can't remove the porosity in the 35MM pitch round rings, I inject the top right and the small air below, letting it come out of the rubber, but the porosity and holes always remain, do you have an effective remedy
It is not possible to cast the silver alloy directly in contact with the silicone rubber. The high temperature of the alloy would immediately burn the silicone mould. You should proceed with the investment casting process.
Do you mean the releaser? If so, it's our special releaser called releaser J (www.nicem.it/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/DISTACCANTE-J.pdf). While the metal it's zamak alloy.
انها افضل ماكينات عملت عليها .
شكرا للسيد /اندريه
لقد دربني جيدا..❤
Qué bueno están!
brutal!!!
Olá, Tudo bem?
Necessito da indicação da resina uv, utilizada na impressão 3d para a produção dos protótipos.

Most impressive, grazie for the insight! Does zamak allow details under 0.5 millimetres in a spin casting and do you require higher RPM for that?

can you please send your request to nicem@nicem.it? So I can forward your question to the technical salesman 🙂@@isekaiexpress9450
Which silicone rubber is this? We use a RTV silicone rubber but never seen this silicone before. Is it a heat set?

Buenos días, tienen representantes en Perú?
Dear Walter, yes we have an official dealer in Perù. The company name is GAMA IMPORT-EXPORT S.A.
What metal is that?
It's zamak alloy.
You moved the samples in a white substance. What is the name and brand of that substance?
I would be very happy if you answer
Hi, it's a special release agent produced by us.
www.nicem.it/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/DISTACCANTE-J.pdf here you can find the TDS
Thanks 🙏
Je suis intéressé par cet machine où pourrait je l'acheter
Hi Georges, sure! Where your company is located?
Which resin you use for printing?
we sell RESINA 3D-1, if you want, you can email us so we can send you the technical data sheet
@@nicemspa3109 give me your mail
@@nazmulhoque8015 sure, you can write to nicem@nicem.it

White colour liquid you dip the resin what is that liquid name
Hi! It's our releaser agent, we call it Releaser Agent type "J", specific for resin prototypes
What is plung the prototype ?
Hi! We mean to immerse well in our releaser. Releaser J is a special liquid that grants that the prototypes won't stick into the mould
